I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Telus store, and I must say that the customer service provided by Gabe was exceptional.
Gabe went above and beyond to assist me with transferring my sim card and resolving various issues that arose during the process. His extensive knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference.
Not only did Gabe patiently explain the steps involved in the sim card transfer, but he also took the time to address all my concerns and ensure that everything was working perfectly. His exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail were truly impressive.
I highly recommend visiting the Telus store and seeking assistance from Gabe for any of your mobile needs. His outstanding customer service sets a benchmark for others to follow. Thank you, Gabe, for going the extra mile and making my visit to the Telus store a memorable one!

Wonderful service … I am a senior who gets easily confused and anxious around technology… the staff in this store made getting a new phone and transferring my data an easy experience… I would especially like to thank Ben for his help

Dave went out of his way to help me select the right phone plan and to be sure my new phone was set up properly.

Two years later- July 2023, I went through the Bring it Back program. Ben is terrific with customer service. He has the ideal personality for the job, he likes serving people, knows what he is doing, and is fast. He set my expectations about how long the data transfer would take.

I had to return the following day to access my former phone to reset the MFA. I brought my laptop and did the reset in the store with all the help I needed from Ben.

Joe, the store manager, runs a great team and looks after clients, too.

I've been coming to this location since I've been a Telus customer. The customer service has always been average at best.

I came in recently and dealt with Gabe who provided exceptional customer service. He was very professional and actually seemed to care. He went above and beyond, and for the first time I felt like a valued Telus customer. Thanks Gabe!

Diego was amazing today! I was dreading the process being very not tech savy. In a couple hours he switched my entire phone to a new plan.new contract.new phone.new case… everything - and I walked out. My kind of service!

My husband and I stopped here to get him a new phone sometime after 8pm. They closed at 8: 30pm, the salesman did not have an issue spending the extra time to get us set up properly. He was super professional, informative and great to deal with. Great job Orrey V!

Ben was terrible. First visit seemed normal, I went in looking to change the payment options for my phone bill. I made it clear that I had been part of a plan with other numbers, and I wanted to simply pay for my phone only. I am not familiar with Telus lingo, but later I learned I was looking for a transfer or ownership. I didn’t know that. I go in the next day after finding out that I was now paying for my phone and two others—that’s okay just fix it. Ben came in and started telling me that I was wrong for not asking for a transfer of ownership (how was I supposed to know?) Ben was very condescending and rude, when it was his job as a Telus employee to make sure the customer is being understood and that both people are on the same page. As someone who also works retail it is upsetting to see such service. He later called me to ask how my experience was and to tell me about offers. I said I was not interested to which he says “so I’m going to assume the experience was 5 stars? ” I was speechless so I just said a defeated “yea. ” I’m writing this now because I regret not saying that it was in fact an infuriating and frustrating experience dealing with his attitude. I do not like other people putting words in my mouth and assuming things. Only reason this isn’t a one star is the other guy who helped was very kind, however I did not catch his name. If you go to this location and Ben helps you, ask for someone else.

Went into this location and was greeted at the door by a young rep who seemed disinterested in assisting us. His attitude was that we were disturbing him.
We sat down and provided the reason we were there about the EPP plan we currently have with Telus and that we were interested in upgrading my wife's phone.
Rep seemed disinterested in assisting and provided gross misinformation. When I stated this was different than what we received on the phone, he stated "well then call them and deal with them".
We walked out and went to the location in Market Mall. At that location we not only updated my wife's phone but mine as well and renewed both plans from month to month to 2 year plans. Also purchased a considerable amount of accessories for both phones.
Not sure if this rep here works on commission or is simply paid hourly, but not only did his attitude and snarkiness cost him 2 plan renewals but also commission on accessories. As well as costing this store the sale, driving business to another location.
So if you are looking to be PROPERLY served, do not go to this location. Take a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Market Mall location

I’m offended by how little respect staff at this location showed for my time and how ridiculous it is that Telus’s most competitive plans for unlocked phones apparently aren’t available at this location. I’ve been a landline Telus customer for two decades. I decided to make it mobile. I bought an unlocked iPhone 13 from the Apple store. I arrived at this Westhills Telus and said I wanted to move my landline to my new mobile device. I was told no problem but I would have to wait 30 minutes. 50 minutes later, the tech who finally helped me first offered me a “basic” $85 plan that would take two weeks to “port” my number during which he said I would “not have a functioning phone. ” Shocked at this price tag, I pointed out the prepaid plans, which were even advertised in store on a sign behind him. He said they don’t have data. I said sure they do, and showed him the plans on the Telus website that include data, start at $30 and are currently part of a Boxing Day special with free bonus data. He then said “I can only do a transfer to post paid; I don’t even have that plan in my system; it must be an online only offer” and he gave me a 1866 phone number to call and arrange it over the phone myself instead. This 1 minute conversation could have happened when I arrived, instead of after a disrespectful waste of my time. I went to this location and waited 50 mins (during which time I listened while this particular tech talked with his previous customer about snowboarding and how he was going to go move to the store in Balzac, and also listened while other techs sold competitive plans with locked iPhone 14s included to other customers) so I wouldn’t have to wait for a SIM card to come by mail and self-serve the transfer. Luckily, if that’s what I’ve gotta do, the CRTC gives us all the right to transfer a phone number to the provider of our choice, from any Canadian landline or cell phone line.

I was on a bring it back program and reached the end of the term. I ordered a new device online and it was shipped to me. The process to return the old device is to go to a Telus store or ship it back to Telus. I went to this store to return the phone. The person working there said that I should have come in store to get a new phone and not have ordered the phone online. He was upset and rude. He refused to take the phone back. I have now printed the return shipping label and will just ship it back to Telus directly. Terrible customer service.

After being receiving little to no attention or given the run around at multiple other Telus mobility stores, Andy is the greatest customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He got us sorted with the best deals in an incredibly short amount of time, was a pleasure to be around and took the utmost care for us. Would recommend Andy over anyone and this location if you are ever interested in getting any form of personalized service! 10 out of 10 stars ️

Store doesn’t even know what stocks they had. Phoned from across city to be told, in store on a snow day, they didn’t update their system right that they didn’t have the item. Thanks Diego.
