Sharan exceeded expectations when he assisted me with my black Friday weekend sale, he asked if I worked for a corporate company to allow for special deals. This got me a awesome deal on a new phone and plan. He explained everything to me perfectly and set everything up for me. Definitely recommend seeing Sharan.

Hello! I am writing about a problem I have had with Telus for over a month that Sharan, a store representative have been exceptional at assisting me with. He has been tremendously patient, helpful, and skillful in assisting me endure a very long and tedious process with Telus offshore representatives who have spent over a month trying to port my number. For over a month, I have spent over 20+ hours visiting the store and an additional 6+ hours (a modest estimate) on wait lines attempting to resolve this issue.
I was on a Koodoo plan and then attempted to transfer to a Telus plan. The other line on my plan was seamless and successful whereas mine has not until a month later. My main issue was with the offshore representatives who failed to call me back when I was promised they would, lack of follow through on providing reasons as to why my number could not be technically ported using OTA technology, and finally resolved one day after I spoke with the Escalation team who again promised to resolve the issue that day so as to respect my time and the resources it takes to constantly return in-person to the store, but in fact failed to resolve it that day and I had to yet again return the following day to finish. Additionally, when the phone number finally ported, I asked for compensation from Telus Loyalty, I spent an additional hour and half requesting and negotiating additional compensation than what was offered to me by the escalation team under the agreement and term that my phone plan would be resolved by the day before (which it wasn’t), I accidentally hung up when trying to click the unmute button and the service representative called back but hung up upon Sharan accepting the call. He did not try to call back and leave a voicemail, evidencing further service neglect and lack of support. There is no reason why a call would drop unless it was a person out of reception, in transit, or deliberately hanging up and in this case it was unfortunately deliberate. I will return home today to again call back loyalty and waste more time that I am being lost, cannot afford, and will not have returned to me. I am disheartened and disappointed by the offshores teams I have worked with thus far.
I have never in all my years experienced such grueling, strenuous, onerous, and burdensome circumstances with this service until this very past month. We tried seven SIM cards, and even had to start a new phone number altogether to make this successful. Finally the issue was resolved a month later thanks to Sharan’s commitment to upholding Telus customer service to extraordinary, noble, and tremendous heights. I could not have done this without him, and want his labour, time, and energy acknowledged for the success of this issue being resolved. This issue I hope can be used for the future in the instance of this happening again and to have it recorded that the offshores teams I have dealt with have been neglectful of their duties, have by design and without any reason been as bold so as to not return calls, and effectively fail in their duties to provide support and represented Telus in an unsavoury light.
Sharan should be rewarded for his undeniably and immensely helpful and outstanding support. I wish for his team to recognize his work and efforts in making this issue successfully resolved in the face of many barriers and people in nebulous offshore Telus workplaces. He is truly one in a million.

I used to be with fido for so many years and experienced very bad customer service. They gave very expensive but minimal benefits. That’s when I started exploring my options and came across sharan who suggested me a very good deal which includes a new phone, internet and calling at the same price that I was paying fido for limited internet and calling only. Thanks to sharan I could upgrade my phone and benefits package without any hassle. Moreover, he even went above and beyond as I wanted a red I-Phone 14 which wasn’t available in the store so he arranged it from another store.
