Telus Store - Authorized Dealer Custom Cellular

Aweful greeting by 2 young immature female workers.if you want to be helpless by 1925pm then close the store and leave. Do not need to be there until 8pm just hoping nobody would arrive.some people do work late and can only reach there in last 1 hour.

Martha was amazing! Helped me get the best deal upgrading my phone. She was super patient and kind! The rest of the team at the prairie mall location were also very pleasant to deal with. Also was a much more positive vibe in the store than it has been in the past!

After setting up a new account buying a phone through this store I ended up with 160 dollars worth of extra charges that were not explained at the time of signing my contract. One of those charges I was told would appear but then be waived because of the sale they had going on. It was not waived. Also they entered my billing address without confirming and it was incorrect which almost resulted in my first payment being declined. I went back in to ask what all these charges were for and after looking up my account they said they can't access my account now. They appeared to be making up answers about the charges when I showed them on the MyTelus app and just told me to call Telus. No accountability here. Every aspect of my experience with this Telus dealer has been terrible.
