TELUS Store & Koodo Store - Authorized Dealer Custom Cellular

Telus Store and Koodo Store is not selling own company's Koodo prepaid connections that's a very strange thing.

Quick conversation with a younger curly haired sales guy. Extremely well spoken and professional.

Painfully slow. For a communications company you would think they would be up to speed! NOT!

Sheril was fantastic. This was my first time dealing with Custom Cellular, and it was a great experience. I highly recommend Custom Cellular if you are looking to buy a new cell phone, or if you need help with anything to do with cell phone services, etc. Thank You Sheril and Custom Cellular.

Went into the store as our plans were up and needed to exchange our phones. We had spoken to a telus loyalty representative beforehand, but they were not able to access the promised plan in the store system. We were on the phone with 3 telus representatives, along with the store Manager, Anuj, and another employee, Sarah for 3 hrs trying to get it figured. Although the representatives on the phone were rude, and seemingly unable to help, Anuj and Sarah were absolutely fantastic. They were so patient and understanding as my wife and I were ready to loose it with the people on the phone. They even stayed 2hrs after closing to make sure we got sorted out. If only the people on the phone were as knowledgeable and patient as these 2, Telus would be top notch. Anuj and Sarah, THANK YOU!

I highly recommend going to see Sarah and Anuj at this Telus/Koodo location. They were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Left the store knowing I got the best customer service in the city! Thank you

Highly disappointed, you cannot show up late for a scheduled appointment as they will then be busy with other customers and unable to assist you as they will be closing in 5 minutes. This store has no compassion and not willing to assist, it’s unfortunate they do not value your business.
Was told to sit and wait when I showed up 8 minutes late and then got denied service. If at all possible avoid this store.

Horrible location, I stood in the store for a good 15 minutes not even a greeting. Tried to ask if they simply had something in stock was told to sit and wait. It was as simple as letting me know if I was waiting for nothing. The gentleman I spoke with was not even with a customer. Won’t be back

I came in today and had the pleasure of doing business with a stand up gentleman Youssef Hammoudi, he took great care of me and made sure I had everything I needed and was looking for also making the process very comfortable. If you ever need a phone you gotta come see my man Youssef. Thank you again!

Anuj is a very cordial, friendly and helpful person. He also has a fantastic sense of humor. He was extremely helpful with and rectified the problem I was having.
