Temple Family Medical Clinic

Worst clinic. I call and ask to medical office assistant regarding my prescription renewal and need to talk to the doctor. She said she ask doctor and give me call back and she hang up phone. I was waiting for her called.she did not call me.she lied to me. This clinic how they treat patients. Worst clinic ever.

Front staff has gotten way better. I think Dr. Aujla should retire. He keeps his passengers waiting for long time for no reason moving from one room to another. I had an appointment for my brother. He did keep him waiting for an hour for no reason.

If 0 was a option I would pick it. My experience with Temple Family Medical Clinic has been the worst. The primary issue revolves around the receptionists, who consistently display poor manners and attitude. While I've only seen one doctor, it appears that the negative reviews about the clinic's service are all true TERRIBLE. It's my belief that the clinic owner should consider a revamp of his entire receptionist team or provide them training in order to instill professionalism and politeness in their service.

If your not from India or a refugee they don't want to help you and the lady at recpection very simple and doesn't know how things are done in canada and is most likely hired cause she's east Indian or family member

Wasted my 2 month still didn't provide any appointment keep every time they said call me again to book an appointment doctor is not available.

Dr. Khan is a wonderful doctor. I recommended her to my mom and my mom likes her very much as well and is now her patient. She's never dismissive and is very compassionate and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Khan as a general practitioner.

I have sore throat and I came yday the lady said u need to coke in tomorrow coz we don't accept walk in right now.so I went home and used a shoppers syrup till then.now that I come here she said u need to do covid test.you should tell your patients what to do.come on man where does sick people go.

Been waiting for 2 hours, my apoinment was booked for 2 hour ago and i havent been helped still and have watched people get their apointments, after coming in after me!

I would like to spend some time to post my review here. This clinic has very good, co-operative and supportive staffs. There is no wait time at all if we call and book appointment in advance. We have really a very good experience with Dr. Maghar Shah and he is our family Doctor. He is very caring and professional. The most good thing I like from him is he always give time to listen our problems very patiently and accordingly give advice and suggestions. I would recommend this clinic who ever looking for good Doctor for family and friends near by Temple Drive/Road, NE location.

The WORST clinic in town. I had an appointment at 1: 10 and there was no doctor till 2: 15. So eventually i have to leave after wastin an hour.

Worst clinic ever! Dr Farat Khan is not a good doctor not even close! Never listens to patient problem and refuses to help. Always end up going home not getting the problem I went in for even checked. I am in disbelief with how she even has a doctors degree. She even questioned if my miscarriage was real when she’s the one who saw me and read it off my files. Seen a new doctor and making a complaint for with CPSA!
I encourage any other patients who have been neglected to do the same

I was not happy they said they were not taking walk in patient OK no problem while I was waiting to pay for something in the pharmacy, another man walks in wanting someone to see his daughter not taking walk ins ok he was not happy then walks in a man that asks to see a Dr.he had a cut that was not bleeding but he gets to see the Dr.the only difference was skin color.do not know if the Dr.is good or not

The MOA needs to have a proper training on phone handling. I called just now to book an appointment and got hold for like 3 to 4 minutes so I hanged up. When I called back I told the MOA that I was being hold and noone ever gets back to me. The lady don't  even bother to apologize and kept talking to someone in a different language.
I know this job needs a lot of patience as I have been into this job, but please if you aren't happy you can just leave so as not to offend more client in the future.

I booked an appointment and when i showed up they said there was no appointment and not even an apology by the receptionist. The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. Would never go there again.

The Front Desk staff are completely rude.they don't clean the rooms after each patience use.even tho there is only one Dr when the rooms are empty they make you wait 2-3hrs past your appointment time.also I'm not Racists but since when do we not speak English in the work place infront of your patients this is Canada.how disrespectful we would have to speak thier language if we went to their country! This made me extremely uncomfortable n now I have to free the rest of my day just to sit here and all I needed was paper work for an x-ray hopefully I'm out of here in time to get my kids from school This is not the first time we have had a problem with this clinic! Dr just called me and thanked me for my review he followed up with me about my appointment thanked me for my review and told me if I had any further issues to go to my family Dr who I can NOT get into see

I have been going to this clinic for the past 4 years, everytime they take appointments but still takes very long because they don’t know how to manage their time. The stuff are absolutely trash as they just talk trash about other to each other. Unable to help

These ppl are liars. I went in and there was no one in the waiting room. After the head lying receptionist found out why I was there, she then said they're fully booked. LMFAO. It's a walk in clinic. I called her a liar then left. Went to a real clinic. Waited 7 minutes.

Highly unprofessional and Avoid if you can. There is no value for your time. They book your appointment and forget about it. When you get there they cannot find your appointment and refuse to help you to see a doctor. Rude, arrogant and unprofessional staff. Do be the victim of hit and trail because that's the kind of knowledge they have with an exception or two.

Worse clinic, operating like back home.frequently changed medicine at.the end.i had to go for emergency treatment

Dr. K. S. Aujla is a wonderful and caring doctor. Have never made me felt rushed in anyway and always takes his time to explain everything to me properly. My entire family are his patients and couldn't be happier. We would recommend Dr. Aujla to anyone in a heart beat - sure the weight times are sometimes annoying and long, but that's just goes to show how everyone wants to be seen by him. Thank you for all your help Dr. Aujla.

Dr. K. S. Aujla is a well skilled and knowledgeable Medical doctor best on my experience with him since 2007 till date. This is why I have to be driving long distance to see him when I need a doctor. I would recommend him to anybody regardless of your background.
