Terra Dental Care

Once again the staff at Terra Dental were kind and efficient as always. Nicole did a wonderful job scaling my teeth making me feel at ease and relaxed (or as relaxed as I can ever be in a dentist's chair!). I highly recommend Terra Dental - thank you everyone!

Terra has the most delightful and professional team. My hygienist is engaging, provides thoughtful advice and has a lovely sense of humor!

This appointment was a regular, 6 month cleaning. Janessa, Dental Hygienist, is new to Terra Dental and a great addition to the team. She was very polite, caring and efficient. Everything went very smoothly from the time I walked in until the cleaning was complete and I paid and departed.

Excellent service provided by the dentist and all the staff in there. I don’t like dental appointments, not talk of a tooth extraction. On July 26,2023, went to Tere Debtal Care for a mild tooth ache. An x-ray and scan was made to assess the situation. On August 2nd, I arrived at Terra at 11AM. Dr. Sama Banaei cleaned out the root canal of a molar in my right lower jaw. Subsequently a 3-D scan was made in addition to the usual X-Ray. The porcelain crown was modelled by a dedicated computer programme and "perfected" by Dr. Sama as I watched the modelling screen. The porcelain crown was then machined on a mini-lathe and heat-treated in a little oven. After a minor adjustment, it fitted snugly onto the tooth's prepared stump and in between the other teeth (the middle tooth in the x-ray). All was done by 3PM. A professional job and instant relief from my tooth-ache, able to chew as normal again! (Unfortunately the server did not accept my photos.)

My kids and I love Terra Dental! Dr Parchewsky is very thorough and our dental hygienist, Nicole, is knowledgeable and fantastic with my kids. She was able to flag some things in my son’s mouth that could be indicative of him having sleep apnea. In the end that’s exactly what he had and I would have had no idea without her knowledge and expertise. Loyal customer!

Terra Dental is fantastic. Great staff, very knowledgeable and trust them whole-heartedly. I frequently go to get my teeth cleaned and have had no issues. Teeth are always sparkling afterwards. Highly recommend. We all know you've been avoiding the dentist during Covid so this is me telling you to go book an appt, ya nasties!

I needed a new crown on a front tooth and it was all done in one appt! No temporary crown and the colour is perfect! Thank you!

I love this place and everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting that works at this clinic. It's always clean, they have the coolest tech and every time I come in I know they have my best interests at heart. I've had a number of issues from past dentists and this is the only place that has been able to help me. They don't over charge, they explain everything, they do an amazing job. Dental work is often unpleasant but I have never had a bad experience here.

The best Dental office in Western Canada! They all go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The front office girls, hygienists and dentists are the best they can’t be beat! They will even help you if you lose your Invisalign trays in the Mexican garbage! Can’t recommend them enough!

Great experience with Terra Dental. The staff are very helpful and efficient with insurance processing and paperwork. My hygienist, Julia, was really friendly and knowledgeable as well. I usually struggle with sensitivity in certain areas and she was really good about being careful in those areas while doing a thorough clean. I will definitely return!
