Terra Losa Drycleaning Corporation

I have lived in the Terra Losa area for over 25 years and have always used this business for all of our dry cleaning needs over the years.
I feel that over the last few years their cleaning services/customer service have gone down hill!
Last week I dropped off 4 shirts that had small food (possibly grease stains) on the front from christmas parties. When I picked up the clothes the customer service lady mentioned that the dry cleaner was not able to remove one of the stains on one of the shirts. They were afraid that if they tried any other form of stain removal, the shirt dye would come off of the fabric too. I agreed that it was ok and paid for the service. No comments were made about any of the other 3 clothing items. When I got home and was hanging up the shirts, I noticed that 3 out of the 4 items I had dry cleaned still had the exact same stains as when I had dropped them off. It looked as if the items had been ironed but not dry cleaned at all.
Obviously this business does not check customers items after cleaning and prior to pick up.
I am very unhappy with the service I received and will not use this dry cleaners again. For almost $40 I would expect much better service and clean items!

I live across the street from this dry cleaner so it was a no brainer to shop local. I gave them 10 dress shirts (men’s). They were clean but the pressing was sloppy.all the collars were creased on one side and the top button was folded over and pressed.now I can see a mistake on one shirt, but every one was pressed exactly the same and rather than fix it they put safety pins on them to keep the top button from opening on th hanger. When I returned with the shirts they tried to blame it on the hanger they supplied. When I pointed out that they had to put a safety pin keep the top button closed and that it was sloppy work and that I was a new customer and was going elsewhere but I wanted to give them a try because they were close. The owner told me to go somewhere else. I asked for my money back this started taking the shirts off the hangers. When I asked what he was doing he said “these are my hangers” I said if you’re that poor I’ll pay you for the hangers. He laughed at me. He gave me what I thought was my money back but was only $11.40 however I paid 31.40 for the cleaning. (My bad, I should’ve counted it before I left) I returned to the store and he insisted that he gave me 31. I just left and said “I don’t need to steal 20 bucks from you, I’m still going to eat today but I am going to tell my story on every review site there is so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. His response, “I don’t care”

Had a jacket, shirt, and pants that I dropped off on Friday evening and was told they would be ready for Tuesday and they delivered as promised. Each piece cost less than $10 each to get them drycleaned.

Whether it’s dry cleaning or alterations, I’ve found all employees here to be very kind, proficient, and professional. Excellent customer service overall!

Took in 2 jackets, 5 shirts and a pair of pants. Had double checked the prices and scheduled to pick up before work. Supposed to be ready for 9: 30 but wasnt ready til 10: 30 so late for work. They also charged me way 3 times more for one shirt because they could not mechanically press the shirt despite me double checking how much it would cost at dropoff.

Took my wedding dress in that had a red drink spilt all the way down one side. I was in a panic and stressed the whole time because I didn’t think it was going to come out and they told me there was a chance it may not come out. Fast forward two weeks, i pick up my dress and it looks brand new! No more stain! I am so happy and will be returning.

I had good experience with them, even though I had a complaint. Very kind stuff and fair treatment for customer that came with complaint. I was so satisfied with compensation that I would definitely come again.

Went here for the first time to drop off my coat. The lady was super nice and friendly and efficient. Was able to get my coat back in 2 days time and price was decent. Only thing I don't like is the parking as it is impossible to get out during a rush.

I have tried many drycleaners in Edmonton and this is the only one where my clothes come back clean and fresh every time. They avoid unnecessary packaging, are reasonably priced, and have convenient hours.

Itsd my first time to visit this dry cleaning and I received nothing but excellent from being professional and clean my Jacket like new. 100% receommend this place.

They have always been my drycleaner and shirt service of choice. The shirt service has gotten a bit costly so I don't use it any longer, but still use the drycleaning service. The staff and owners are very nice and treat me well.

Fast and efficient! My go to place for dry cleaning and little fixes that I can't handle myself.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and never had issues. Very friendly, prompt service, good people, very nice work. We’ve brought jackets, suits, dresses, shirts, etc. Never any issues with price or damages. I always recommend all my friends and family here, even if they live far away.

I’m always surprised to see a negative review on a place I know to be excellent, but no person or place can be perfect. I expect that when people are dissatisfied, they may be going in with unrealistic expectations.
