Appointments are not honored here despite being a family doctor, waited for 3 hours and could not wait any longer so had to deal with my kid illness at home. If you are looking for family doctor look elsewhere, they take lot of walk-ins and appointments even though they cannot handle that much of turnover. Lack of empathy for their patients and what they are going through, this is purely business and sought money over empathy for patients, will look for another family doctor.

The doctor and student there are very nice and caring.the secretary aren't welcoming and they are rushing but good doctor will go back for sure.

I went as a walk in for sudden back pain. It took a long time to see the doctor (~3 hours) but it was worth it. My doctor was kind, attentive and it really felt like she cared about the outcome. At least as much as doctors can these days. I was gonna give it 4 stars because of the wait but you know what? It was a quality appointment, good staff and good outcome.

I hear the reception is a big deal for lots of prospective patients. It sounds like they have some new staff. They were really good as well. Give the newbies some time to settle in before you all go scorched earth against them.

If I didn't already have a gp, I would strongly consider this clinic

I was very pleased with my experience at MC Medical Clinic. I can be a hard critic of walk -in-clinics and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I''m not feeling well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time was a world away from previous experience elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care when I say the doctor and all the other employees of he MC Clinic made me feel that I was safe in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I''am truly grateful and wont get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick. I appreciate their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. A big thank you to all the employees and physicians at MC Medical Clinic and special thank you to Dr. Sadiq (mic-drop).

Don't waste your time. The reviews are valid. Very unprofessional, rude, receptionists who don't care about their job or patients.

For a tiny clinic this clinic handles a large patient overturn. The physician and staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating to each individuals needs. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.

MC Medical Cline and staff are excellent. In a industry that is continuously at it breaking point this clinic handles all the chaos very well. Other than the clinic needing a face lift because of age the staff and physician are very helpful and accommodating.

The lady at the front desk was very rude an impolite I wouldn't go here. I see why it has poor ratings.

As a last minute walk in I knew the wait was going to be a bit long but everyone was super nice, helpful, and incredibly supportive. Thank you

Their receptionist put me on hold for 20 minutes, then rushed through the phone call once she finally answered me, YELLED at me when I asked why she couldn't book me in over the phone, told me that patients on the phone aren't as important as patient in the clinic, and then hung up on me. Horribly unprofessional.

I will NOT be returning to that clinic, ever.
The receptionist was extremely rude, not just to me, but I also heard how she talked to other people.
Then when the doctor's assistant came to do an initial assessment, it was the most incomplete assessment I have ever had at ANY medical establishment.
He had to check the sores in my mouth and throat, but at least he put gloves on for that, but when Dr. Arain looked, she did not put on gloves, even when she took the swab, she didn't put gloves on. She also said she "hoped the lab will do the tests on the swab, that sometimes they don't" When I asked what she meant she said, sometimes they do, and sometimes they (the lab) doesn't. What the heck. If she sends it to the lab with a requisition, they have to do the swab. I will be watching my "myhealth" online for the results. She gave me a prescription for an oral rinse to try. But did not even look at the sores I have on my face or in my ear that I had mentioned I broke out last week. She only checked the sores in my mouth, that I only got yesterday.

Doctors are useless! Been there twice and haven't received any help. This place is a joke.

Isabel from this location is very rude! This is not the 1st time I got a rude behaviour from this medical clinic. I thought transferring my family here would be of great help, but sadly, they are treating patients without respect. I just gave birth 2mos ago, I got a call from Isabel telling me that I have an appointment that I totally forgot. I told her that I was hoping for a call before the appointment & she sarcastically told me that they tell patients that they don’t confirm appointments via call, that’s why they tell everyone to put it on their calendar. I apologized to her & told her that I didn’t get that. She again sarcastically told me in a loud voice that she will just consider me no show & just hang me up! I really felt bad because of the way she talked to me. I hope this will be addressed as soon as possible because this is very unacceptable.

Hello I tried calling after 9am 930 am and the phone rings and rings no one answered at all. Why? Short staffed I let it ring for a long time

Told me they were accepting patients. Took my children and myself to the new doctor for the booked appointment. Waited 45 min to see the new dr. The receptionist was very rude and did not greet me or tell me anything. At the end of the appointment she tells me I will get a call to see if I am her patient. Excise me? Arent you supposed to say this before wasting my time? I wait weeks. Nothing. Finally i call and they tell me that the new dr is still accepting patients which bdw still waiting for a refferal for my child but I am not been accepted as the previous medical clinic had told me I was at fault for going to the wrong appointment THEY GAVE ME and for creating a scene after them telling me to come down to the clinic to sort it out. Massive time wasters. Please look up winterburn clinic you will see my review there. Issues after issues. Extremely unprofessional and I will not stop leaving reviews as the staff do not know how to admit their own mistakes.

Dr Arain and other staff members are nice and friendly here. With an advanced appointment you don’t have to wait much.

If i could give her negative starts I would!
I had seen Dr. Schick for pregnancy advice/ early pregnancy care. I was told more then once that i should not go through my pregnancy over small things and I felt like a burden as the ob office she referred me to wouldn’t take me for some time and she would need to do my prenatal care.
She caused me to have so much anxiety with phone calls saying come in asap, over things like a bladder infection. I would never recommend her to anyone!
Do not see her.

Really bad experience. Staff is unpleasant, completely unfocused, they do not call back even when the results are abnormal. Twice I found out I needed treatment/medication on my own only by using digital health account where my results appeared, no one from the clinic called me to notify me about it in months. Doctor stares at his computer the whole time like a receptionist, did not even ask about my family medical history which is a standard question when meeting a new patient. He is almost experimentally prescribing meds prior to doing any analysis. Don’t go there, it makes more sense to go to walk in clinics than to have a doctor like this one. Update: I’m changing this doctor. They’re consistently not doing their job with a terrible attitude. This clinic is an example of how doctors and staff should not look like!
