Walk in clinic that only accepts existing patients and has no doctor on site. Not sure why it’s even open?

It use to be a good clinic before covid atleast. But now I have trouble to contact the clinic. I have tried to call them several times but no one picks up the call ever. It is sad because we have been seeing dr. Ben for 3 years. Hopefully this situation will be rectified.

Edit: I did get the call and Dr. Ben and the nurse went above and beyond to make sure I got my referral. He was in the notion that I was already visiting an obgyn. When he realized there was a mix up and no one contacted me after two months from my last visit, he personally took matters into hand. Thank you.

Dr. Ben Hamed is very empathetic, inteligent, and very thoughtful! I have no words to thank him, because before leaving for his vacation, 2 weeks before needing a new prescription, he sent it to my pharmacy! Amazing family doctor! Recomand him to everyone!

Was my doctor for years then one day they just stopped answering me. I went for some tests and they just never called back with results. Every time I tried to contact them they never answerd and refuse to ever call back after leaving messages. Also he's type of doc that every time u go in with a problem. He shrugs it off says it's fine.when rly your not I do not recommend going here.

I thought the office was ghosting me, but they were all on vacation for a month and didn't change their voicemail.

Last three times I went they were closed on hours they were supposed to be open. Wasn't a holiday either.

I had a scheduled appointment. Waited a hour and 15 minutes in a room waiting for the doctor and I finally ran out of patience and left. When I arrived I was the only patient I noticed in the building. While I was waiting I could hear him in his office on the phone which sounded like personal calls.

I waited weeks for this appointment and it was very important for me. The lack of respect made me question if he was even going to properly diagnose me.

Never again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took “Dr” Ben 4 weeks to call me back and when he did he yelled at me as a patient of his telling me my wife is not welcome to call the clinic on my behalf. His receptionists deserve negative stars because of how awful they are at their job. They do not return voicemails, they do not call people back when they say they will, and they told me “it will get done when it gets done. ” They started screening our phone calls and not giving us answers for when our paperwork will be done. He then proceeded to inform me he was refusing me as a patient all because he was “too” busy to fill out 2 forms. His office staff was beyond incapable of doing their job. They refused to take our calls refused to call us back all because they said we called them too much. All of this was regarding just getting 2 forms filled out for veterans affairs which now I will not get because I no longer have a doctor to see. I do not recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

Seen Dr Ben a couple times, very nice guy but every time I've come in I've waited 30+ mins for my scheduled appointment time. Just today I had to leave because even though I took an extra hour off of work to make the appointment I still had to leave otherwise I'd be late for work. Time management needs to be worked on, but based on how long he's gotten these types of reviews he obviously doesn't care. Not happy

This is my second time coming in on a Saturday - I had to reschedule my previous appointment because Dr. Ben was 4 patients behind and had not even arrived to the clinic yet. Again, I am waiting here 30mins past my scheduled appointment and the doctor has not arrived. Waste of my time.

We came from Toronto and Were so blessed to choose him as our family doctor.he is very knowledgeable and also professional. I got sever health problems and whatever he prescribes me just with one glance at first time I later heard from specialist after waiting for months. Without his help i don’t know what would happen to me.
About the staff performance, I think it is something common everywhere and doesn’t have any crucial influence if you seek effective cure from ur doctor, although I accept they could perform better at front desks.

Best Family Doctor! He is great he actually cares!
But Worst organization, receptionist almost never pick up or return calls or help you with any paperwork, she is nice tho …

I highly recommend seeing someone else for your health, because Dr. Ben definitely doesn't care about yours. I'll be filing a formal complaint against him and I know I'm not the first nor the last. Most recently, he refused to give me the biopsy results from a procedure I had back in August that could affect my health because he didn't like my tone while I was feeling anxious and uncomfortable because he didn't seem to understand what procedure I was talking about and he was the one who initially referred me. Dr. Ben is smug, condescending, and arrogant. He's the most insensitive doctor I've ever dealt with, and he doesn't have a clue about mental health. On top of that it's very difficult getting through to anyone at the office to make an appointment because they never answer the phone or return calls from voicemails. I've had to ask the pharmacist to refill prescriptions regularly because he leaves for weeks at a time without any notice and never has a covering doctor. If you are able to get an appointment with him it's a 30 minute wait or longer. Go and see anyone else but Dr. Ben and you're still doing yourself a favor.

No one answer the calls and no response for voice-mail. Very tiring to keep calling for assistance with no response back

Can never get a hold of this office and when u do the Receptionist is lost in another world the Dr. Is great but the Receptionist has to GO!

I have been trying to get a hold of my Dr.for 3 weeks now. Every time I have called there is no answer. Left voicemails with no response. Have been trying to get my prescription re-filled since August 3rd, almost 3 weeks now with no answer from the Dr.

Echoing what others have said here. Good doctor, when you can actually get a hold of him. But it is unacceptable to leave patients unable to fill their prescription for weeks at a time.

I have been waiting for three weeks for my lab results. I have called and left two voicemails. The receptionist doesn’t answer the phone or return calls. Really unprofessional. I will be finding a new doctor.

I am transferring to this pharmacy after being with shoppers for 20 years. A good pharmacist is so important when you have health issues, and knows you better than your doctor in my opinion.
Whenever I have an emergency or need help with a prescription the big stores are just never willing to help- even if they can access my entire file.
The owner of this pharmacist is one of a kind and truly cares about his community. He’s helped me every single time I’ve needed it and I’m looking forward to having a “family pharmacist” again.

I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Ben but I never got a chance to see him yet so this review is mainly for the receptionist.
Today I went in for my appointment at 11am (Tuesday, August 25) but was told by the receptionist that my appointment was on Thursday at 11am AND that they're closed that Thursday? First of all, I'm sure that I did not make the mistake with the date for my appointment because when I called to book I only asked for Tuesday or Wednesday morning because those are the only days I'm available and the receptionist said Tuesday at 11 so I saved that on my phone right away. Secondly, it doesn't make sense that they would book me an appointment on the day that they're going to close? !? This booking error has happened to me before back in February. I made an appointment to see Dr. Ben and a nurse because, again, of my friend's recommendation. At the time I was told by the SAME receptionist that my appointment was cancelled and she claimed she called me the day before to cancel. I DID NOT receive any call nor was there any missed call or voice mail left on my phone. When I asked to make another appointment on the spot to see the same nurse, the receptionist told me that the nurse was on vacation at the time. So clearly there was a mistake from the beginning because the nurse was not even available but the receptionist booked me anyway. At the time I didn't bother making a review because I thought it was an honest mistake and I would give them another chance. However, this is getting frustrating! I have real health concerns and I wanted to see a doctor who was recommended to me. I don't live close to the clinic so this has been a lot of time wasted! I made time to come! I understand that the clinic is busy too and mistakes can happen but if it keeps repeating obviously there's something wrong here. Please take this review to improve your staff! People make time to go see you because of health concerns! It should be taken seriously and this kind of mistakes should not happen repeatedly!

Dr. Ben is a fantastic Doctor and very thorough, we have truly loved having him as our family Doctor.

Allways good and fast service unlike dominion where you show up for your timed appointment and still wait a hour.
