Everyone I've interacted with at this location has been super polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I've been taking my car (Model Y) here ever since I moved back to Edmonton about 2 yrs ago. Love the car too!

I had a not-so-good experience at first but, the manager Russ Shaw turned it around. He listened to my concerns and took immediate action to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He even waited for me when I came to pick up my accessories and helped me put them in my car.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I was served by Romar and he was courteous and very knowledgeable about the product! He updated me through texts about the price changes in the US for Model Y and was throughly professional in his conduct! This is how car sales should be… non pushy, without mind games. I might not be able to convince my family to switch to EV but I am absolutely blown away by the courteous service these guys offer!

Took my vehicle to Tesla Edmonton due to failure of the heat pump. From the second I walked into the service center, I was greeted with a smile. I had a great experience with the service team at Tesla Edmonton. Francine took me in and got everything set up for me within a few minutes, including a loaner vehicle for me to take home. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The service team was very quick at diagnosing the issue and replacing the parts required. Within a few hours my vehicle was ready. Francine was also very patient while I asked a few additional questions. Thank you so much!

First time went, very impressed 2023 Tesla Y not to used it quite QUIETLY Electric Vehicle now thinking about it future one day get one.

I was here visiting my sister and had my low voltage battery die on Friday morning. Tesla staff provided fantastic customer service, and had my vehicle fixed and back to me same day. Can’t thank them enough especially because I’m from out of town!

I love this Service Centre. The space is welcoming and I can comfortably work here while waiting for my car to be serviced.

Coming from other Luxury brands the service is very difficult and confusing. Having just moved from a Japanese luxury brand the difference is rather drastic just be aware of this.

I feel like people embrace the new sales approach by Tesla but the other aspects of dealership like parts and service people long for the more traditional approach.

Waited 1 year 4 months for my ordered car. Finally got to pick it up. Just to have the sales rep be pushy about signing the papers. Even wanted the papers signed inside before I even got to lay eyes on the car. I had to asked multiple times to give me more time to do my own inspection of the vehicle. I am sorry but if I am pay almost 100k for a vehicle I better get all the time in the world to inspect my vehicle. I really didn’t appreciate that pushiness to sign papers. I took 20 min to overview my car but the sales person managed to ask me 4 times in that time frame if I had signed the papers. Wonder if he would have appreciated that if places were reversed.

I buy Tesla in December, take to tesla 4 time to fix wind noise, every time they said it is fixed, they never fix still having same issue, paint is coming off from both side of door panel inside the doors, they make excuses it is rocks chip, rock cannot even go inside the door panels, very rude staff, unprofessional

I took delivery of my Model 3 SR+ today, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Harsh is very knowledgeable about Tesla’s lineup and helped me feel comfortable with the process, since last July when I test drove the vehicle with my family. He has always been easy to reach and I felt absolutely no sales pressure.
At delivery, Harsh even went the extra mile - quite literally - and dropped the vehicle off at my home to accommodate my tricky schedule.
I’m thrilled to have my new M3 and would definitely recommend both my sales rep and Tesla Edmonton to anyone.
