This was one of the worse car dealer we have been. It does not get worse than this place. Unprofessional, rude, definitely not inviting. We have attempted to schedule 3 x a test drive. They do not returned phone calls. Finally after multiple attempts we finally got a confirmation via text. When we arrived at the dealership, at the time set by them, the sale person who arranged everything was not there. So we spoke with someone name “ Byo”. We explained to him, showed the text confirmation but still said had no car for us to test drive under the arrangement we had made. Will have to come back. Explain we took time of work for this but still could not do nothing for us. They waisted our time. To make things worse as we were leaving a sales person almost hit our car as he was backing up. He was laughing about this situation. This place need to clean house. Get some people more professional to represent this companies.
This is to bad as we were ready to purchase a Tesla model y and now we put this purchase on hold.

My family and I went in not knowing that we needed to book an appointment for a test drive. We were on a time restraint and were super grateful that William was able to put us on the schedule considering how busy it was. We really appreciated William for making time to answer all our questions.

I cannot say that I was very satisfied with the service department. I delivered my car at 12pm for the driver's seat problem and was told that you could pick it up at 4.30pm, then at 11pm at night. It's a simple problem but it takes too long. Tesla says I can pick up the vehicle at noon the next day. This is nonsense. The service we got for paying 90k is not nice at all.

Trying to speak with someone over the phone with the local number posted on Google is an impossible task! I have been trying to get a hold of someone (I am currently in Europe) and I can’t send text messages, which seems to be the only way to communicate with these guys…not even by WhatsApp! I cannot believe there are not other ways to speak with these folks. How is it possible Tesla cannot offer a phone number that is being answered by a human being? For trying to model what the future can be like, they are very limited. A very frustrated client.

What's not to like? Easy booking, great communication, easy check in, updates on progress, customer lounge with refreshments if your waiting. Everything done through the app, if you're a Tesla owner then you know, if you're not, well its worth researching why you might wanna switch. You won't be disappointed and will love the savings you'll make.

Went there to charge tesla but charging points are occupied by show room vehicles only. Calgary has only one super charger in one corner of only, hence charging tesla is a big problem specially for outstation people.

What a lovely experience compared to any other dealership I have been to in alberta! No haggling, no pressure, we can even buy online from home when we are ready and NO hidden costs that will be added! Dealership fees, tire levys, etc. The car to drive was an amazing experience and simple in design after looking at cost and other considerations when we are ready to buy this will be where we are shopping. Never going to another dealership again hate the pressure and hidden costs and time wasting!

It was fairly quick and easy process. I do feel like I got judged at the dealership for the way I was dressed, I came from work so didn't have the most nicest clothes on. I already bought the model 3 performance and just wanted to test drive one before I signed to take it. They acted like I was here to take the car on a joyride, finally convinced someone to let me test drive it. I liked and bought it, hr later from leaving the dealership, front motor stopped working. They dealership closed for Saturday, so had to wait until Monday. Tech was really nice, hopefully they get it fixed soon. It's frustrating when the car breaks down with only 30km, didnt even get to enjoy it.

Stopped by on Saturday to use a charger when my model Y was almost out of battery. The sales person told me that there was not a single free charger that I could use and insisted that I go to a Tesla charger located 20 km away.

Very unimpressed. The sales person made no effort or arrangement for me to use one of the chargers inside the building which were visibly available. Totally pathetic service!

This was the first time going to a dealership with zero pressure. You go in, take out a car or two, and head back in the show room. When you think the high pressure sales tactics are about to start they don't. The team there ask you a few questions and then the rest is left to you. Sure they will follow up with you but none pressures you in any way. Everyone there will help you out rather than only one person. So far it's been really good dealing with them as I decide to jump over to Tesla or stay with Mini.

Update
I bought the Tesla and it is a very different experience. Unlike other dealers, the team the help and there are no pushy sales happening. Everything was smooth and fast and all done online. Its very different.

Picked up my car with ease. The advisor pointed out deficiencies on the vehicle that are queued for repairs. The transparency was appreciated and I never felt rushed while inspecting the rest of my vehicle. Friendly staff eager to assist. If I had the need, I’d buy another Tesla for the delivery experience…and the fun of driving it.

Contacts you when your car almost arrived just to cancel your order and not refund deposit.great.never ordering a tesla with this dumb deposit policy where at their own will they can cancel your order you've been waiting for and not get your $250 back.

Picked up my Model S long range yesterday.

Micheal from Calgary Tesla team made my delivery easy and efficiently. He always response my text with minutes and answer all the questions “problem solving oriented”.

This my 3rd tesla delivery @Calgary Tesla, I found the service level continually improving!

Hope my wife’s year long waiting Model X reservation could be delivery soon.

Thank you Tesla Calgary team for all the help.

Love the car but not so much on the repair service. Expensive labor charges but very pool and sloppy repair. Communication is horrible, often needs to visit the shop 2 - 3 time to get the car back.
Got the LTE upgrade but the chrome trim above the screen got badly scratched and they even forget to put the cover above the dash (Model S) back leaving a hold and expose wires.
Requested door hand squeeks when it pop out wasn't fix. Got the door handle replace at full price and it end up doing nothing.
Very poor repair service

Getting a hold of anyone in service or parts to speak to a real person is near impossible. The people who work there know their stuff, but good luck finding someone to help you short of actually driving down there to find someone. I work at a shop, and dealing with Tesla is THE WORST part of working on Teslas.

The staff are real nice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The sales and delivery experience is pretty much self guided. This is my first Tesla and it was easy to take delivery, but watching older customers take delivery was entertaining as they don't know how to deal with high levels of technology.

The team at Tesla made the transition from an ICE car to EV seamless. Received the car this week and the car had no visible defects or panel gaps. Daniela and Chelan made the process seamless, looking forward to driving the Model 3 after it has been wrapped.

My friend and I went inside the showroom to have a look at the Model Y Performance. Overall visit was awesome, except only one car is on display. Might be too to see more car models on display.

While the order process and waiting for the car was excruciating — our interactions with Chelan was always solid. She was quick, patient and always took the time to answer questions.

During our pick up — we were treated like royalty and they were very good with our kids.

I really recommend this spot. We even ordered a Model 3 when we picked up our model Y!

If you leave your vehicle with the sales centre, do not give them the keys. 20 km's magically appeared on my odometer. Remember that the entire maintenance staff was terminated not long ago, there is no reason to have good faith in the people at this dealership.

Went for a test drive June 29/19 in a Tesla Model 3, We loved it so much that we ordered one right then and there. P/u July 20/19 (We originally ordered pearl white paint as a $2k option but just days before delivery Tesla changed from standard black to pearl white, Tesla refunded us the $2k) So after 2 weeks of ownership we just love the car. The whole buying/delivery experience has been the absolute best and least stressful of every car that I have ever bought.

Knowledgable, friendly and great service. I went by to take a test drive and it was a very easy experience. Ryan, the gentleman I was with, was very helpful as he lead me along a path to test out the various features of the model 3. Great vehicle, looking forward to owning one some day.

So I took my Model S in for its 1 year service to the Fairmont service center. This is the first time I have taken it for any type of service as the car has been awesome so far. I was blown away on how you are greeted, extremely friendly, and how well they will listen to your about your concerns you have about the car. I told them about a rattle in the back seat of the car and the tech took it for a test drive. When he came back he said he couldn't duplicate it, now at every other ICE service center that would have be the end of them looking at that particular issue. Not at Fairmont they came a got me from the lobby had me take the tech for a ride and explain to him my concern, even though the rattle was hard to hear that day the tech listened to me explain it to him and said he would look into it.
Later I the day they called and said the car was done and I proceeded to go and pick up the car. Once at the service center they right away explained to me that during the MCU replacement (I had a slight yellow border on the old one) they dented a small piece of the wood trim. The service girl took me out to the car and showed me the dent (I can hardly see it, I mean its small) and that the new piece is on order and that the Edmonton ranger will be replacing it shortly and that they had also found the source of the rattle as well and fixed it. Again most ICE dealers that I have delt with over the years wouldn't have said a peep about the dent or looked as hard to find the source of a rattle they cant reproduce. They also installed the latest firmware and charged to car to 80%.
During the drive home I can 100% say the rattle is gone and the new firmware AP is awesome. This service center is awesome right from greeting you at the door to letting you talk to the tech and then explaining everything they did to the car.

We got our Model 3 yesterday at Tesla Calgary! The entire experience was amazing. The staff were awesome and that is exactly how a car buying experience should be! The Product (s) /Service: The overall functionality of the vehicle is amazing however seeing as how this is an $80,000 vehicle I am a little disappointed at the workmanship. There are misaligned panels along the whole driver side of the vehicle as well as the hood and front bumper and the trunk dose not close properly unless you slam it shut with quite a bit of force. The pictures show what it looks like on one side compared with the other to which the tech told us it was acceptable which leads me to the people.

The People: The day started off pretty good. When we walked in we were greeted warmly and offered beverages after being brought into the lounge. This was nice especially since we just drove 3 hours to pick up this vehicle. The front staff were really nice and the guy doing the delivery of the vehicle was accommodating. They even went out and did the registration and plate for us which is nice. However, this is where everything goes downhill.

When we were doing a walk around of the vehicle, we noticed that the trunk did not close properly. After seeing that, we did a closer inspection and found that basically most of the panels and doors on the drivers side did not line up as well as the hood and the front bumper. The sales person brought it to the attention of the tech and this is where things go from bad to worse.

First of all, the tech did not introduce himself or even acknowledge the people who are having the issue on multiple occasions. Every time he came by he just started talking like we were not there. He did measurements on the places where we had issues and even though some gaps were twice as wide on one side than the other, all he kept saying was that everything was within spec and that they were not going to do anything about it and if we wanted things adjusted we would have to pay for them. Even though this is a brand new $80,000 vehicle from factory that has not even left their showroom. The tech then goes on to say that Tesla is a SMALL company that is just starting out it is OK for them to sell customers a poorly manufactured product because they are just starting out. If they cant get a car right I wonder what their space ships are like?

So in the end I asked them, are you okay with sending customers off with a sub par defective product? Would you purchase a $80,000 vehicle with defects? And can you in good conscience send a vehicle home with a customer they are not happy with? He said yes to all these questions which brings me to wonder what kind of servicing standards do they have on safety equipment and all the technology which is integrated into the Tesla vehicle. Needless to say I question the standards of this dealership and would not want my vehicle serviced here and have started to question the type of people who represent the Tesla brand.

Just walked in to get more details on the Model 3 standard version and the staff Nisha was very rude. Doesn’t want to sell the car. Worst customer experience. Lost interest in buying a model 3.

Nice place, I like the Tesla sales model as they don't pressure you and they don't use skeezy sales tactics. If you like the vehicle they encourage you to go home and buy it online yourself, brilliant.

First time I had my car serviced here. The staff went well above and beyond.

First they cleaned my car better than any car dealer I’ve ever dealt with.

Second I had a number of aftermarket modifications that interfered with what they needed to access (and might even have been considered to void my warranty) not only did they not complain but the technician spent some time touching things up for me.

Third the bill came to $60 or so! My car was out of warranty, so I was expecting to pay at least $400 likely more. I even had a loaner for the day at no charge.

Tesla’s are awesome cars, I’ve had mine since 2013, but man this was great service - the best I’ve ever had.
