Management will rip you off!
Brought in a lift kit for installation and specifically asked them to check all parts before starting the install. They did not check and discovered parts were missing after the install was nearly complete. The techs were helpful but the manager insisted on charging 4 hours of labour. We negotiated and agreed to 2 hours, but then the manager told me he was “overridden” by the Regional Manager and they charged me 3 hours anyways. $500 for nothing.
The sales staff and techs were great. Management is a joke.

They installed a 4" BDS lift kit on my 22 Colorado ZR2 Bison and where able to fab the original skid plates so they would fit with the kit. And they also swap out my original low beam and high beam and fog light to LED. They do great work and very knowledgeable on there products would and do recommend TFT to anyone wishing to add parts to there vehicles

DO NOT COME HERE FOR WORK!

Received my truck back from having work done to the rear. Asked if they could level and align my truck as it has adjustable front suspension. Pick up my truck. Front end is lower than it first was. Told it can’t go higher.yet they lowered my truck without asking then told me the manufacturer said it could not go higher…. Had to bring it to an other shop to have fixed when I asked about the money spent to fix my truck AND the money I spent for them to “ level” lower my truck I was told “ what you want your money back Hahaha”

The old shop was great these guys are a joke.

Never come here. I will be sure to keep making sure this review is up as they are the type to take it down.

Had a problem with my Retrax cover.
Wouldn’t unlock. Called store they said bring it in and they would look at it.
JJ & Lyle had me on my way in 15 minutes after fixing the issue. Great service.

Always have the best customer service here. Friendly & Professional. They always do a good job. I have pink parts on my Jeep and when people ask, I send them here and tell them they won’t be disappointed. Thank you:)

This store has a great showroom with lots of awesome displays for wheels, bumpers, lift kits, etc. I havent made a purchase here yet but if I ever need anything I'm gonna look here first.

Going to change my review…from 5 stars to 1 star. Customer service sucks! You call and instantly put you on hold and you sit there for 20 minutes. You call back cause you get disconnected and they do it again. When you call back the 3rd time cause you get disconnected they block your call. Not good business at all! Happy to take my business elsewhere

Great place. Really cares about what’s important to you and they’ll even advise you against something u don’t need even though it would cost them money. I wouldn’t think twice about going to them for any work.

Bought my lift here 6 inch lift and came back because a bolt broke and they fixed it for free a pleasure to deal with and a great store

This past month I ordered a roof rack and also an air mattress for my Jeep. Of all the places I called, TFT Offroad (Rachael) was the best. She was super helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and my items came in super quick! Thank you Rachael and TFT.

Was forced to leave a 1 star review because zero wasn't a option. Purchased a set of tires online. Said 3-5 days to pickup in store, has been over a month and still nothing, everytime I've went in I get a different story.it's on its way.then next it's on its way to the warehouse from the manufacturer.
They sent me a email asking for a review, I left a bad review stating I had not received my tires, then they moderated it and wouldn't post. Don't trust their websites reviews, guess I should have checked Google's first. Anyways as of now still nothing from them

*they got 1 tire in.another one is supposably on its way, but no idea about the other 2*

**Had to open a PayPal complaint against them.which they ignored.so now escalated the case with PayPal to try and recover my money**

Took 11month before they called me saying tires where in.for real

Rachel was very sweet and helped me find the right 7 spline lug nut key for my truck. Great service and great shop for any off road needs. Definitely recommend.

Placed an online order on Nov. 20/22 for some seats, just over $1k, expected delivery was about a month, they of course charged my card immediately. Called today (Dec. 15/22) to check on possible delivery date. Was informed that my order had been cancelled over a week and a half ago, I was never informed of this cancellation, and of course I have not received a refund either, now I fight to get my money back. Abysmal customer service and exceptionally poor business practices! Needless to say they'll never get any business from me again.

I’ve been dealing with these guys for a long time. Hoping they get better support from the new owners. The people there do the best they can for you every time. The old large corporate store brand had them handcuffed at times but they did good work for me on two trucks and a jeep. Everything I need done that’s in their wheelhouse I always get them to quote on and they often come in with the best value for my budget.

I have purchase body/suspension and a full motor at one point. The staff have always been awesome. Thank you especially to Rachel and Dylan.

Love this store, after two experiences here, I find the staff to be super friendly and helpful, great advice in finding the products I wanted for my truck and the work quality was very good. Best truck accessory store I’ve ever dealt with.

Rachel was a great help and extremely knowledgeable and also value conscious for my pocketbook. Another wheel/tire retailer would have put me into a wheel with an unsuitable offset.

Wow is all I can say! They got our service van in on super short notice for a tire swap. Fast and some of the best pricing around. I dealt with them in Red Deer quite a bit and it is no different here which leads me to believe as a company in general they just go above and beyond! Well done!
