So glad we found this place today. The food was amazing! Portion sizes were really big and the service was impeccable.

We almost missed this place as it is located in the same shop as the distillery.

Great place for Thai food, the food and service were excellent. The portions were generous, and everything we tried was so yummy, definitely with your money.

Amazing Thai flavors! Loved the curry both Penang and Green. Green papaya salad is light started with a ton of heat packed on it. Staff went above and beyond to make all the food vegetarian and vegan. We enjoyed the mango and ginger drinks too. Highly recommend their mango sticky rice - mango was super fresh and ripe.

I grew up in Bangkok and have refused to eat Thai food in Calgary since I moved here in 2017. I've been disappointed time and time again and so when my wife dragged me to Thai Siam, I went in with low expectations.that they then proceeded to exceed with ease! Every dish we ordered was really good, tasted fresh, authentic, and really tasty. They've only been open 6 months and I know they're doing well because they're already expanding! Wild! Authentic Thai restaurant hidden in a NE industrial area. Heard they are moving soon. Make sure to reserve table to avoid disappointment. First time, try to go without reservation, restaurant is so fully booked that they cannot not take walk in.

Love this place, best thai food in town, definitely will go again.
Must try their skewers, beef pho (boat noodle broth), tom yum, fried rice, papaya salad and mango sticky rice, ah don’t forget to order coconut rice too.

Food here is sooo good! Possibly the best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand. You can tell the owners have a vision for their restaurant, from the menu technology to the plateware they choose. I can't wait to go back and I'll follow them anywhere in Calgary. I do hope they come to the SW! They'd kill it on 17th Ave.

Came with 10 friends and they were super accommodating! All of the dishes were super delicious. We got Panang Curry, Coconut Soup and Wide Noodles, all were loved by everyone!

Food = Amazing, flavorful, Authentic! This was our first time trying this restaurant, and we were blown away with the quality of their food. The owner is Tiago is very polite and the food preparation was done by his wife, who finished culinary from Bangkok. The food preparation is amazing and the quantity is very generous. We had PAD Thai, Green Curry with Chicken, Fried Rice, and Chicken Skewers.

Not very vegetation/vegan friendly! Even their papaya salad had fish sauce so I couldn't have any appetizers.

Amazing flavours and service. Spotless place, cleanest restaurant bathroom I have ever been, if the bathrooms are clean the kitchen is clean.

Best Thai food I tried in Calgary. As someone who used to live in Southeast Asia, it was hard for me to find Thai food with the same standards and quality else where. But Thai Siam definitely changed my mind.

Everything was just PERFECT!

Beef Penang Curry with coconut rice:
This dish was heaven in my mouth. The balance of the spices and the richness of the sauce is exactly what you’re looking for in this dish. And the coconut rice was the perfect combination with it.

Papaya salad:
I enjoyed every single bite of it. So fresh and not over powering.

Shrimp Pad Thai:
It was really good. The thing is I am not a big fan of Pad Thai, and that’s on me. Yet it was the best one I had so far. It is worth mentioning that my sister LOVED it, so don’t be discouraged from ordering it.

The owner was kind enough to add a free appetiser to our table.

Thai-style chicken skewers:
This is thus far the best chicken skewers I have ever had. The chicken is so soft and tender. And the sauce that comes with it is amazing!

Now let’s talking portions:
It is huge! One dish can easily feed 2 people, possibly 3 (depending on who’s going with you lol).

Service:
The service we received was amazing. The owner is very hospitable, friendly and makes great recommendations.

Highly recommended and definitely going back.

Amazing experience that I look forward to repeating. Tiago (owner) took the time to explain each of the dishes and help us pick what we would most enjoy. We had the Panang Curry, Stir-Fried Wide Noodles, Coconut Soup, and Spicy fish. Each of these dishes were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
