Had to bring my mom in because of her back issues. Gord accommodated and agreed to help early morning. He was so kind throughout, made sure my mom was okay. He even showed us exercises to be completed to get rid of the pain. He’s gone above and beyond for us, highly recommended

Great first experience today, my back has completely loosened up and while we have some other issues to solve as well I'm sure Gord will figure it out with his diligence and true care for his craft.

I could hardly walk with my nearly completely destroyed knees, they were so bad that even my family doctor and physiotherapist after seeing my MRI results were all shocked I wasn’t in a wheelchair, crutches or on pain killers!
After 4 sessions with Gord and my massage therapist my knees have improved significantly, to the point I can even do light sprinting and jogging again!

I had my first visit today to see Gordon about my sore back and stomach issues that I have been dealing with for the past 3 1/2 months as a result of an injury at the gym while doing dead lifts and pulled some muscles in my lower back. For, the first few weeks the pain was excruciating but as time has gone by; its got progressively better but its still been painful and my improvement had stalled out and I was back to taken pain meds Tramadol or Tylenol 3's

What really impressed me with Gordon was that he took the time to share his expertise and experience with me in his assessment process and recommended steps that he and I would have to take to get my back health back to where it had been most of my life. IE; pain free.

Last night i was in pain and woke up in the middle of the night and could not get back to sleep and took 2 T3s so I could get back to sleep and I was still a hurting unit when I woke up. After my treatments today which consisted of cupping and acupuncture. I was a bit sore when I left the office. About an hour later there was a HUGE improvement. No pain in my lower back and radiated pain in my stomach which had been a constant and Gordon gave me a road map of suggestions that I will need to work on a daily basis. I have re booked to see Gordon next Wed.

Gord is the most caring and effective practitioner of acupuncture I have seen. He makes my 87 year old mom feel totally at home and has earned her trust completely from the results his work has produced. And she is a tough cookie.

I went there for my back after hurting it and I haven’t had any more issues with it, I recently decided to go and get my shoulder tendonitis treated and also brought my mother who was also very impressed. We will be coming back.

I am so grateful to have found Gord at the Acupuncture Turning Point! It is such a beautiful space, you feel instantly relaxed and a calmness come over you as you walk in. I have not had the greatest experience with acupuncture until coming here. I have now had 2 treatments with Gord and I cannot say enough amazing things. I feel so comfortable during the treatments and he walks me through every step. My headaches are gone, my body has gotten so much relief and my digestion has been improving. I have been having really bad insomnia the last week and been missing all my classes as well as disrupting my daily routine, so I needed something to help with it. I found Gord from ATP and he was very helpful and informative with my insomnia. Ever since I visited, I have been sleeping really well and been coming to my classes. He also checked up on me after a week which was very nice of him! I would definitely recommend!

When one walks into the clinic, you are unsure if you are going to a mountain retreat or a spa! Dr. Gord is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. Lots of small comforts that really add to the calming/healing effect of the experience - music, beverages, special parking for your first visit, and a heat lamp during treatment. Rates are reasonable. I can’t wait to go back!

AMAZING! I went to see Gord yesterday about lower back pain. I have never done acupuncture and was a little nervous. Gord was awesome, the office space was covered with beautiful plants and calming water fountains … this place is a MUST SEE! My back pain is gone! He even gave me some homework to do about strengthen my muscle and muscle memory as I have diastasis recti. Thanks Gord! You Rock!

I love it here. Michelle is magical - so kind, full of banter, and truly wants to know how you’re doing so she can help. I get migraines a lot but HATE people touching me, so the fact that I trust her to massage me is a testament to her and her skills. Have yet to die on her table. Woo! Also Gord’s honey is top notch.

Came in for a massage, after months of COVID-19 quarantine stiffness. My therapist actually listened to what I said, where trouble areas were. Was relief to actually be massaged by someone who knew what they were doing. Will definitely return!

Exceptional clinic - I could recommend enough. I look forward to every visit knowing that I will have a relaxing and helpful experience. I suffer with chronic migraines and the relief I have from acupuncture and cupping helps me enormously. I felt very safe and well cared for during my latest visit during CV19. Every precaution was taken to ensure health and safety. Everyone is so friendly and Gord is an extremely knowledgable acupuncturist.

At 38 weeks pregnant I went ton visit Gord to help me with moxibustion treatment. My baby was breech and I was terrified of having to potentially go through a Csection!
Within 3 days of the treatment the baby turned after the doctor saying there was little chance that baby would.
A happy side effect was having some of the best sleep I've had since being pregnant!

I highly recommend as a treatment before other intrusive measures!

I have never had a unsuccessful appointment with Gord! I was there this week and Gord worked on me from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. I have been hurt and broke a few things in my time and have been able to take care of them on my own but when i sprained my wrist nothing I did was helping it. After 3 months of pain I went to see Gord and leaving my first session I felt so much better! Even after the second time it was back to being 100 percent! I was shocked. I love the way these appointments go; so easy and can tackle multiple problems just not only on the affected area and I love the added cupping. He really takes pride in helping you get better and is just the nicest person. It is worth the money for what you get and how you feel afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
