I cannot say enough about how Dr Butzelaar and the staff at the Allin clinic has helped me and my family over the most difficult years of my life. They’re absolutely incredible practitioners who care so very much; could not ask for better supports.

I am happy to share this here. I am lucky one to have Allin clinic as my hospital with a good doctors and helpers. Big thank to Dr Alyson Scott, He is a very good I wish everyone get chance to be your Dr. If it was not him, I don't know where I would be. He took his time to found my hidden tumor. I have a lot to talk about my story, but I am new on this, not sure what I supposed to write or not. But Dr Alyson and team. Even if I die now, I am satisfied. God bless you.

Dr. Butzelaar is a wonderful family doctor. He’s thorough and kind, and great with our kids. We appreciate that he takes the time to give us detailed information and answer our questions. The clinic staff are very friendly and professional and they do a great job of running on time.

Allin clinic is top rated in my opinion and I would give more stars if it was an option. I have been a patient with Dr Butzelaar for almost 15 yrs. He is a great dr always available and I never have to worry about treatment in his care. His nurse Tea is also amazing. She too is always available and great at her job. Both are just the best in my opinion and I tend to have a lot of appointments. It's always very easy, fast and always professional and friendly. In a time where lots of people have issues with healthcare, long wait times etc, I can't imagine having any of those problems with the Allin clinic. I should also mention all the staff I encounter, bookings, reception are also great. If given the opportunity definitely try and get a family physician at the Allin clinic.

The staff here are always extremely hard to reach and unpleasant to speak with. Parking is hard to find and is not free.

Had a phone appointment that.well, never happened, because apparently the doctor couldn't be bothered to respect my time. It's hard to find a rheumatologist and it took months for my referral to even be approved, and now I feel like I'm back to square one.

At least his receptionist was nice, otherwise I would've just left one star. Thanks for nothing though.

Staff are always professional. Dr. Butzelaar and Dr Chan are great to deal with. No issues with scheduling when needed. I have been coming here for at least 6 years. My parents 10+ years.

Horrible horrible horrible place, the doctors here are so hard to get ahold of the reception lady is rude and will transfer you to a voicemail everytime. Doctor warmington does not care about the patients health at all. They dont return calls back they dont follow up with you its a complete scam. You are better off going to the hospital or a walk in than trying to see this doctor because they will NOT CARE

Our family doctor is in the Allin Clinic. I don't really like it, because it's located near downtown, and I hate downtown Edmonton! Also, the parking isn't very good. Always allow extra time, in case you can't find a stall. Also, if you're a smoker, beware that there is no smoking anywhere on the property, including the parking lot.

I'm very frustrated with this clinic in general because my oldest child has a Pediatrician (" Dr. Lise Warmington ") here, and whomever is Sandy that takes calls to book appointments to see the Pediatrician is very unprofessional and unreliable to return call backs.

It's been 3 months now since I haven't got a call back in return to have my daughter seen / my other daughter seen too due to a referral that was made to the Pediatrician back in April.

The reception staff are awful. Parking is not good. Takes forever to get in with the doctor and they don't leave any open appointments for high priority. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere if possible.

This guy needs to go do something else.maybe try dog walking or something similar. Maybe it's time to retire. Because of his arrogance he put an end to possible treatment out of spite towards another Dr. He is petty and childish. I wouldn't bring my dog to see this guy.

At first I was hopeful about seeing Dr. Anna Malanowska for my teenage son who has had a long term condition of enlarged tonsils and adenoids. The first red flag was when she prescribed 8 medications, over half of which were not covered by my insurance and the pharmacist suggested that there were other similar medications that would be.
When I brought it up with her at our next appointment she disregarded it and proceeded to tell me that "his tonsils look good and we are done here". Really? We are done here? 3 days later he was sick again, 3 weeks later he has not recovered. He suffers from prolonged recovery due to his condition and it is impossible to get back in touch with her or to get a referral to an ENT which is what I thought we were getting in the first place. We are back to square one, seeing Dr Malanowska was an absolute waste of time that has delayed the process of recovery for my son by at least 6 months. We were referred to her by our family doctor in May and it is now November. According to the receptionist the next available appointment is in January. This is unacceptable treatment of a child who is suffering.

The central booking and reception service is awful. I’m sure the docs are great if/when you’re able to see one.

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I was accompanying my best friend to her ob appointment ("mom care") while waiting for her while she went inside. She was hoping to get some good news from the doctor about her pregnancy and brought up the fact that her mental health isn't doing good. The plan was for her to get a sick note written so she could take the time for herself to heal and focus on her health before giving birth. The doctor was not supportive, commented on her weight gain (rudely and not compassionately) and basically told her to be on her way. Every visit she has had at this "mom care" place hasn't been smooth because of the way these doctors treat her. I am typing this on her behalf because I find this absolutely appalling for a first time mom trying to navigate her life during covid. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they wanted to be treated with disrespect and judged for their beliefs.

[update Surprised and pleased the clinic responded +1 star; online booking still broken but I got thru on the phone +1 more star]
It is difficult to book an appointment here. Can't book online via Medeo, message says "Please request access to the clinic's online booking". The link from the clinic website just brings up an error. Telephone system says "press 7 to leave a callback number" - that doesn't work either. Looks like waiting on hold is the only option.

My doctor left this clinic 1.5 months ago and assured us that the Allin Clinic would take care of his past patients. I have an urgent issue that needs attention and they're refusing to let me use the clinic's walk in surface since I don't have a current family doctor at the clinic and the first available meet and greets are at least one month away.

I won't be continuing as their patient.

Update: Again, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Can't get an appointment time for the life of me.

The system in place to book an appointment is terrible. It has been for years and they keep saying "its improved", but I don't see it.
Very long wait times or they revert to a call back system (after a 10 minute hold).

And trying to get an appointment for the Urgent Care doctor (sort of a walk in doctor) is worse. They just don't answer the phone, period.

PLEASE DR HASINOFF - MOVE TO ANOTHER CLINIC

Look at all the reviews.it's a common complaint.

The Dr. I see is wonderful but the answering service is a joke. The clinic has been open for an hour now and the phones haven’t been un-forwarded.

They have a great system set up four Covid safety, and a great group of offices of medical experts of various kinds on premises. Everyone is very friendly and there's even a nice cafe and a pharmacy tucked into the main floor corners.
All areas are easily wheelchair accessible save the cafe; the cafe only uses their swing door with because of Covid and that may pose some difficulty for wheelchairs because of the shape of the space, even if it's not that strong a pull. However, if you don't mind a helping hand, all the entrance walls are glass so people can see if you need assistance and are very happy to help - I have witnessed this myself.

My children see Dr. Warmington who is wonderful! 5 Stars. But I am seriously debating going to another doctor if they dont improve their appointment booking process. I was on hold for 15 mins to be transferred to two different people and then to a line that just beeped and hung up on me!

Last week I was sick and tried to get in with my doctor. The receptionist informed me he couldn’t see me and all other doctors were busy. I thought it was strange that I called while sick and distressed and they offered no help or solutions.
Now a week later I am still sick with vertigo (I had to go to a mediclinic to get help). I’ve tried calling several times and when I’ve been on hold they have hung up on me after several minutes of waiting. Other times I have called I get the message that ‘this number is not taking calls at the moment, try again later’. I do several times and I still get this message.
The website doesn’t work so I couldn’t go and see if there was any information about how to get services online.
I hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else and these issues can be solved.

Dr E is an amazing and thorough neurologist.

Their appointment booking line could use a lesson or two in customer service. Because of the Covid health guidelines, I called and rescheduled my appointments as my 2 children weren’t feeling well. I was rudely talked to by the male on the phone. I’m sorry, I didn’t plan on my children feeling sick on the day of the appointment and we all slept in to rest. He hung up on me after confirming the appointments and told me to not reschedule so close to my appointment time. Thanks genius!

My kids and I have our family doctors here and we have been going here for 20 years. Great doctors, nurses and support staff. Dr. Toal has been my family doctor for years and is fantastic. It can be difficult to get appointments quickly as it is a busy place but they try hard to accommodate their clients.

I've been going here for 7 years to see my family doctor Dr. Butzelaar. I couldnt ask for a better doctor then him. The switchboard takes a while to get a hold of to book an appointment tho which sucks but I deal with it because I have an awesome doctor there!

Very happy with our GP Dr. Hansraj. She is very thorough, listens well, and follows up promptly. Their receptionist is also nice, speaks quickly, but good.

Today I when and seen Dr. Sacks to enquire about a tubal ligation. Dr. Sacks took the time to listen to my store and was the most kind and empathetic doctor I have seen. And believe me I have seen a lot of doctor in hope that one would be able to provide me with the service, I was looking. With every doctor visit I was met with you're to young, you'll change your mind and its agenst the law to give tuble ligation to women under the age of 35. Dr. Sacks has been the only doctor able and willing to hear my store and again it with met with such kindness that it left me in awe. Thank you so much Dr. Sacks for your kind and caring approach. You will never know the gratitude I feel towards you.

The doctors I've had at this place have been extremely helpful, but the switchboard operators are extremely rude.
