Terrible customer service and communication. Booked a piercing here. First off, no answer on the phone after several attempts and message left. I texted the number listed. A day later I had a response. Vague and limited info provided. Once the piercing was done (over priced) I could NOT get in touch with them again when I had a follow up question. They do not care their clients, just want to take your money. Unprofessional and left me without follow up question answered. Absolutely would not recommend this place.

I met with Shawn and He disapproved of the tattoos I already had
and made me feel unsafe as a client in trying to find out what my needs were. I was not warmly greeted by him and felt like I tattoos were going to be rushed and not dne the way I wanted since he wouldn't listen to me and I needed to keep reminding him. Wouldn't recommend him.

It was a great place, but now is permanently closed, however myself and the piercer Laura, have moved just down the street, to 330 10 ST NW. Infinite visions, and kerf modification studio.

My daughter and I had our second nose rings done here, we were made comfortable, she took the time to ensure both piercings were done properly and professionally, I would recommend going here, no waiting, friendly, knowledgeable and great quality of jewelry!

I got 3 dermals on my wrist by the Art House’s brilliant piercer, Laura in 2009. Ten years later and they are super healthy and look great. I would recommend. Professional, friendly and thorough from beginning to aftercare instructions.

I am beyond disgusted at the Arthouse. I had a tattoo done in July, and held my deposit over for another session. My deposit sat with them, and when I discovered a medical concern that would not allow me to finish the tattoo I requested my refund be returned. First, I was told I had to go back down there to get it. My condition prevented me from doing so, so I reached out to the owner, who offered to mail me a check. Awesome.
UNTIL THE CHEQUE BOUNCED. Are you kidding me?

Shawn does amazing work and is super friendly. They are all so nice and accommodating, I definitely recommend going here for tattoos or piercings!

I have to admit this was my very first professional piercing I have ever had done in my life. Laura did exactly what I explained I wanted and week later my septum is healing just great. I highly recommend to go see Laura especially if you are very picky and specific about your piercing. For how much she charges she definitely overcomes the expectations. Can't wait to come back to get my medusa redone!

As a total body art virgin, I couldnt have asked for a better piercer than Laura! She made me feel so comfortable and was so easy to talk to. She was funny and kind. I will definitely be coming back for any future work.

I also liked that this location has semi-private rooms for piercings to avoid being watched by on-lookers. The practice looked and smelled clean.

I had my arm done by francisco 2 weeks ago it has healed with little to no scabbing, and I am beyond happy with the work he did, I sat for 7 and a half hours for pretty much my first tattoo and it was a very enjoyable experience, I would recommend francisco to anyone I know. A fantastic artist with great talent, also a very dope and easy going guy. He makes it a great experience. IF YOU WANT GOOD WORK GO SEE HIM!

I’ve recently just got a lion tattoo from Francisco. It was a 5 hour session, he was very gentle and fast and it turned out absolutely amazing and I couldn’t ask for more. He gave me extra details that I did not have in mind and it turned out a lot better than I thought of. I will be having another session with him very soon and I am very excited!

Great shop, my sister and I were walk-in clients for a small peice. The artist was quick and nice, and the shop was really clean and nice. Would go again.
