Marcos is well versed in the world of audiophiles, he helped me find exactly what I needed (I purchased a Focal Clear Mg). I was a bit skeptical at this place be nearly perfect with a 4.9/5, but I can personally attest to that, it's a warm and friendly atmosphere where you don't feel rushed on what to purchase!

Another 5 star rating for a shop and staff dedicated as much to sound as they are to customer satisfaction. I'm probably as jaded as most when it comes to consumer experience these days but this place is refreshingly different. There's nothing like that "kid in a candy shop" experience that a place like this gives to any audiophile as well with their welcoming, friendly, no pressure attitude. I've done 2 audio upgrades here over the last 5 years and was completely satisfied with both, especially this last one where an issue had to be addressed after a technical problem developed after 3 months. It was not only addressed but in a positive, satisfying way that prompted this review. I had the same positive experience dealing with the manufacturer initially as I did later with the shop. If you love sound, this is the place for you!

This customer service I received at The Audio Room was fantastic. Super convenient to be able to listen to everything to make a personal decision to what product matches your sound preferences. Marcos/Markos was the most passionate audiophile I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything without making me feel overwhelmed. Highlight for me was being able to listen to an 80 thousand dollar Focal home theatre that truly blew me away. Highly recommend!
