The Back Alley

Went here for a couple concerts recently. It's a pretty decent venue for a smaller concert. Staff have always been quick but be there early if you want to sit somewhere. Not often you see a table open.

They had staff in the bathroom peeking into my stall while I had my pants down asking if I was okay (I'd been in the stall less than five minutes) so invasive and inappropriate, not to mention there is a no return policy if you leave the premises so you can't avoid it

Don't order Jager bombs. If you order 2, you will receive two half shots of Jager mixed with a single can of redbull - yes that's right, PRE MIXED. They just pour ~40ml of redbull into 12ml of redbull, and charge you $9 for it.

This is my favourite place to slam a monster vodka at before going home to brutally beat my wife. Unfortunately the floor is pretty sticky. Overall medium venue.

This place was way better than I expected! I heard terrible horrifying rumors, none of which took place! No stabbings, no fights, no shootings! I felt entirely safe there, and I had a lot of fun!

I'd like to give a big thank-you to the female security guard there who was checking on all the girls! I was feeling a bit dizzy and she made sure I felt safe and that I was drinking water!

I've never had any security guard check on me in a bar or club before, and I truly appreciated it.

Always have such a fun and great time at back alley. The staff are always super friendly and kind unlike cowboys, the music is always great and makes you wanna get up and dance. If your looking for a good time with your friends this would be my go to!

I don’t wanna sound like a Grandpa but the Speakers were Painfully loud…it’s been a week now since I’ve been here and my Ears are still recovering it feels like I have water stuck in my Ear.soo Annoying! If your going here bring Ear Plugs with you! I wish I did: (

Great experience, great service, and a night to remember. We booked a day before and we’re able to get in. They are very accommodating. We have booked bottle service twice with them. Phenomenal time.

We went for my friend’s birthday and had soo much fun! Arielle was absolutely outstanding, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our night! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks girl, you’re the best!

Unfair and 100% illegal entry policies when the place gets crowded and you have to wait in a line.

Most amazing club I’ve ever been to. The managers Jessica and Simmer have always came round and checked on their customers and made sure they have had an amazing night, and always help when there is a problem. You don’t see that much in employers these days and it’s great to see the employees have great relationships with their bosses. Security is always making sure people are safe. Bartenders are a great team and always give off the most amazing energy. And the bottle girls really give you an amazing experience when you get bottle service! If I could recommend anyone looking for a memorable night a place to go, it’d be this club. The staff are a true team and family and it’s amazing to see them all have fun and love their place of work. It makes your time as a customer even more fun! Thankyou Back Alley for always making my weekend fun!

Back Alley is a really great nightclub with loud music to drown your soul out, and great alcohol. Every member of staff was super helpful right from the Manager to the Waitresses and Bar Tenders. Definitely going to go again.

Security guards Keith and Jayden are 10/10. Really kind and made us want to come back next weekend! Can’t wait to see you guys again!

They two guys at entrance are so racist, They ask me for my second ID because Im light brown skin color and I showed them my second ID as Passport and Also Canadian Visa with my picture on it but They Said my Passport and visa is Fake, made fun of me and didn’t let me in, I have never been feel this much embarrassed before. They let other white people in with just one ID

Had a blast! Felt incredibly welcomed! Great service! Kicking tunes! Good customer's, just looking for a good time! Well worth the visit!

I was so happy with the experience here. We had bottle service and our server Ariel was one of the best I've ever experienced. She was so sweet and on top of everything. I would recommend her and the back alley to anyone! Thanks Ariel!

Ariel was so sweet and cute! She did our bottle service and always made sure that we were all topped up and good! She was pleasant and friendly. She made us feel safe! I loved her so much! The venue itself was comfortable and although it was loud it was encouraging and extremely welcome! I loved being here and will definitely come back! 10/10 would recommend!

I have been waiting for a drink for so long and if they don’t serve me before I’m done typing this I’m one starring them no? On god.

Absolutely disgusting place. The bathroom floors are constantly covered with liquids, toilet paper, cups are in stalls, sometimes even blood. Music is terrible nobody wants to listen to Taylor Swift and Katy Perry remixes, this is a nightclub not a school dance I did not pay $10 to listen to a YouTube playlist that isn’t even good. Almost everyone there looks underage hence the music choice I’d assume. Bottle service is horrible, we waited for someone to bring our bottle for an hour and again waited the longest time for her to pour the bottle. Not to mention the amount of fights that happen inside and outside, security is clearly not doing a good job. This club is constantly over capacity, you can barely move or breathe on that dance floor it’s like a mosh pit people are throwing themselves at you. My suggestion is to go elsewhere if you actually want to have a good night.

Kass was such a sweet coatcheck girl. Shared some of her Timbits with us. Very positive attitude. Security also rocks every time I’m here go you guys!

Emily was the best bartender! My card declined and Emily went out of her way to go to the bank and get me a new card.
