The best realtor in Edmonton. We moved from Lethbridge to Edmonton recently and Mani’s team did an awesome job for us by helping us to find a suitable family home for us to buy. When we first met him (on the phone) we explained the type of house we are looking for and within few hours his office got back to us with various options of houses located in nice neighbourhoods of Edmonton. When we found the right house Mani did excellent and thorough job explaining everything in the house to us in full detail. After we moved into the house his team also continue to follow up with us to ensure everything in the house is working to our satisfaction and to make sure we are doing fine.

Instead of showing me multiples properties for a purchase, all they want to sell me was the property that was listed by the builder they were representing.

I had the wonderful experience of working collaboratively with Azra Bagga to help a mutual client build a new custom home. She was knowledgeable, professional and helped from step A-Z. It is clear that Azra has her clients best interests at heart. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family!

Sold me a place with foundation problems (undisclosed to me). Said new home warranty covered me and an offer with no conditions of inspection is stronger. Place is falling apart, full of issues, many that the developer knew about including foundation. No one cares. Thats what "pro" real estate agents are for? Media contact me for full story. It a doozey. "Anything for a dollar" should be the bagga motto. I also found out their was a cash buyer agent bonus to bring me to property. This is supposed to be disclosed to me as per RECA rules. IT WAS NOT. Bagga nor their broker Royal Lepage cares. They get paid, its my problem now. I find morals and ethics to be non existent and would caution to avoid as their services are all cost - nothing in it for you.

UPDATE: Strange response to my review considering I emailed Azra, Talked to Broker of record Tom (Royal LePage), both had meeting together and then emailed me "not our problem". Please don't pretend I didn't try to talk it out. Tell me again how hiring a pro realtor helped me? The place is literally falling down.
