The Banquet

Recently went to banquet for my boyfriends birthday. Haliey was amazing she is so sweet and a personable, she gave us excellent service. Will be coming back again soon!

Hailey is the best server ever! She makes my experience at banquet AMAZING and worth going back!

Great wings and beef burgers. Lots of games selection for bowling. Fun night with friends and workers.

We had an Excellent experience, our server was Chris, he was very pleasant and quick on the orders, always came to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed, highly recommended we will definitely be back

All the ladies serving on the main floor of the Banquet did a great job tonight. Tuesday March 28th. Well done ladies. That being said, the chicken wings could have been more tender.

We have been there twice since we moved here almost a years ago. Both times the food and service was phenomenal. We look forward to going again very soon.

Service was speedy and with a smile. Drinks arrived faster than they could go down our food hole. Make sure when you go to banquet make sure you ask for Kira. Also ask about the igloos.

I came out to the Banquet bar tonight and it was such a great time. The server Kira sold us a couple towers and made our experience a great one! Thank you!

We went bowling last Saturday and it was lots of fun. Our night was made even better because we had Erica as our server! She is the sweetest around and always made sure we had what we needed.

Radek made me an amazing drink and is always in a good mood and ready to help out everyone.

Terrific pizza! Had the California pizza and it was probably the best I have had in Fort Mac.
The sushi tacos were on special and were fantastic.

We had a free pizza from downloading the rewards app so we stopped by.
I had been here a few years ago and was not impressed by the food but oh my has I changed
it has a fun atmosphere and the food this time around was incredible. That pizza. Oh my

Was up in Fort McMurray over the holidays and ended up at the banquet. It had a great atmosphere and we meet an awesome lady named Kira. Her personality was infectious and made the night better.
10/10 would recommend!

My server Erin was fantastic, she was very bubbly and happy and upbeat! She did a great job all around, stellar service and great food! I’ll definitely be back again!

Clare is the best server ever.she gave me a suprise drink thats now my favourite! Shes super sweet and has the best customer service!

The whole experience has been terrible.

I came from Calgary to celebrate my cousins graduation and prom. We came in with a party of 10 and waited 30 minutes before someone even addressed us…. They asked us for drinks and missed some people. We weren’t given cutlery or napkins and the food came out over 2 hours later and they missed one order. The food was horrifically cold. Nobody ever asked if we needed any refills or how the food was. The manager did not seem to care about our experience at all. The GM a was informed of the incident and they didn’t even come to apologize. Nobody apologized for our mishandle of service. That’s was the most surprising. I would not recommend anybody yo come here. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Very unacceptable.

I was at the Banquet a few nights ago for the first time and our surver was Clare! She was very helpful and friendly and made our dining experience wonderful. Can't wait to go back and hope we are seated in her section again

Albina is hands down one of the best servers I’ve had in Fort Mac. Always pays attention to our individual needs and makes sure none of us go without a full drink! Will be back just for her service!

Went for a night out with friends and our server Albina was amazing. Super friendly, great service and made the overall experience a 10/10!

The place looks nice and obviously there was a lot of thought and passion put into making it look the way it does. However, the initial excitement wore off rather quickly after sitting down and taking a look at the menu. Had we not already ordered drinks, we would have walked out and went somewhere else. To be quite frank, the menu selection is embarrassing and barely a step above any of the local fast food places. After talking to our waitress and wanting to give feedback to have a manager improve said menu, we were told that this place would mainly be focusing on getting people drunk going forward. Ok then, just what this town needs more of. I can't say we will be going back.

First trip with the family. Went to try bowling and have lunch. Asked for the rates for bowling, was told 69.99$ plus 5$ per pair of shoes. Said thank you and walked away. 90$ plus tax for a family of 4 to bowl? Wow. Food is well priced and the food was good overall. I recommend avoiding the ceasar salad dressing. They make their own dressing and it is more vinegar than anything else. Maybe a bad batch. But we will avoid in the future.
