A fun gastro pub in the University district. Ordered sliders as an appetizer and they came out with the main which I'm not a fan of but service was good. My Sunshine Salad with chicken was tasty albeit far too much dressing (should have ordered it on the side). Great atmosphere. We will try again.

Went bowling at the Banquet and it was awesome for a first time. I recommend it for family gatherings, friends hang out and team bonding experiences

They show all the major boxing and UFC events and the food is top notch with some of the best portion sizes I’ve seen in Calgary. Fish and chips was delicious and had that amazing East Coast fresh caught taste. And with tons of underground heated parking this one’s a no brainer. See you again soon!

Would be nice if ANY of the bathrooms had soap? ! Fire Cintas, support local a company, who has soap!

Friendly service but slow. Decent menu, tried the BBQ pizza as it was on happy hour special; it was just ok. After leaving realized total bill was full price pizza ️

Experience here was pretty good. Went on a wing night and the service was fantastic. Good draught beer selection and decent wings. Good atmosphere and very energetic. We will return one day to try bowling.

We visited this place on Saturday night to check out the late night vibes. It was a great atmosphere and lively with a dance floor and DJ. The drink service was fast and wanted to shout out Adrianna for being an awesome bartender!

Banquet has a great atmosphere and good variety in their menu! Also very friendly staff, Ruby was so great and nice. Everything she recommended was spot on!

Went to banquet for some team building and had a great time. Taylor was awesome, very nice and very sweet would definitely recommend as bar

The food here is really really good, with lots to choose from. One of the best fish and chips I’ve had in a while. Drinks and service were on point too. It’s a gem.

Wash your hands! Love it. Serious all you dirtbags.lol this should be the norm in all restaurants. They have a sink to wash your hands when you walk in, so you don’t have to get up and go to the washroom later on to do it before you eat. Which most of you don’t

The small games makes a great venue for family with kids under 10. Food can appear to be in the expensive side but the portions are large and kids meal cones with an hour of duck bowling. So, you get your money back that way. Drinks are also great for those parents needing a break

Surprise that this has 4.7 star, horrible service and food. Tried once and I swear I will never go back

My family and I had an amazing time here! We were unexpectedly, but pleasantly surprised by our experience. The bowling was a blast (even my two toddlers enjoyed it), food delicious, and servers so attentive and helpful (Fiona was courteous and kind). Even our little ones enjoyed a game of arcade hunting and the outdoor patio games. We definitely plan to come back!

This was quite disappointing. The pizza flavour came from salt. Overall food was below average. Service was very good

Have been to the banquet a few times now. Service is always pretty slow- waiting a long time to be seated, waitress takes a long time to come to the table, had to ask multiple people for hot sauce- finally someone drops off a bottle to the table- and then we see they charged for it on the bill (which is pretty cheap on their part). Rum and Coke showed up in the tiniest glass possible- and they forgot the rum… I just haven’t been overly impressed the three times we’ve been, despite wanting to be…

Adrianna was very nice. Someone knocked over our drink and she gave one to us right away, without us asking. Great service.

My server Taylor was so helpful, attentive, and well trained! She was very kind and ensured our experience was perfect. The Banquet had a wide variety of food and drinks! I will definitely be back.

The Banquet in University District is amazing. The food here is fantastic. Lots to choose from, even for picky eaters. Great cocktails and service too. One of the best places Ive been too in YYC. Lots of great businesses in the area and such a gem of a restaurant. Will be back again.

Our server Brittany was phenomenal. As someone who has many years of experience working as a server in the service industry, I can say that Brittany went above and beyond all of our expectations. Thank you for being such an amazing server. I’ll be back for sure!

Overall a nice place for drinks. Don't mind the music, but the bass was cranked and distorted. Made it hard to talk or enjoy the music
