I went here to look at a bed, and a most knowledgeable lady (Kristina) helped us and was great at her craft. Went back a second time to follow up and this time we were greeted by another lady (Sydney) this time. Both girls were super helpful and informative about anything that needed questions answered. Their store is immaculate and family owed/operated. I love supporting local business; but the truth is this store is on par or better than any big company competition and will receive my business because of the people i encountered in my visits.

Just wanted to throw a huge shout out to the Bed Shoppe for such great service. Our house burnt down and we were in need of a mattress which the Bed Shoppe had delivered the very next day and also borrowed us a platform for the mattress till we bought a bed frame at no charge. They don't want to just sell to you, they want you to be happy:). Even the shipping guys are very polite and arrive on time and they explain everything to you.

Amazing service! I had the best ladies helping me out as soon as I walked in. I bought a new king sized bed and mattress, got a great deal. The first mattress did end up having a manufacturing defect. One phone call to the bed shoppe and they got it dealt with and I got a new mattress within days! Kristina is who helped me but all the ladies at the desk were so helpful!

I honestly would very rarely say that a business has exceeded my expectations but The Bed Shoppe really did! The service was exceptional as Sydney patiently showed my husband and I different types of mattresses, paid attention to our reactions to each one and recommended others that would actually suit our needs. As an added bonus, the sale prices were absolutely exceptional and when we went in to purchase, we received an even better deal than we expected. The bed shop is fantastic! They love to offer deals and back up the products they sell with no effort at all. I have family that doesn’t treat me as nice as the staff at the bed shop! They truly care about there costumer’s!

So happy I stopped in and got a new pillow. The shoulder cut out is great and it stay cool. Can’t wait to upgrade our mattress. They have ones that can be soft in one side and firm in the other.
