The Big Greenhouse

Just had the most amazing experience at the Big Greenhouse. I hadn't been in a while but am so glad I came back after moving into the city.the prices and selection were fantastic, and I can't say enough about the staff. Anna, Petra and the young man at the counter were all more than happy to help and answer all of my questions (and I had many!) Petra even took me outside in the POURING rain to find the plant I was looking for. I'll be a loyal return customer from now on.thanks guys! - The overly talkative lady

Beautiful plants, indoor or outdoor. Beautiful shrubs trees perennials etc! Very healthy and well taken care of.
They have the most amazing staff. Kind, knowledgeable and very helpful!

Laid out according to a nuals or perennials which helped picking g ouf plants friendly staff that I interacted with. Gorgeous lillies of different types and colour. Only issue was pay g at the till person not sure about the man's order ahead of me. No one wearing masks except me.

I’m from out of town looking for roses. The lady there was rude and told me whatever they have is there. Then I spot a new shipment and asked her about it. She told me that I need to come back another day. There are nicer ways to say things. The selection was limited and price higher than some other greenhouses. Service was terrible. Not recommended.

Went looking for more plants and stuff. Nice little independent greenhouse with a good selection. The staff (I hate using that word. What can I call them? Team? Guys?) were friendly and knowledgeable.

Had an unfortunate experience with a purchase and staff member, but the owner rectified things.

I pop in every year! It has a wonderful selection and I always appreciate that I have been able to take wedding couples there when the weather isn't fantastic.

I actually love visiting this greenhouse and usually spend a lot of money here. There is definitely quality but is not cheap. I am disappointed when I raced over late in the day to purchase plant fertilizer. I took my 14 wknold chihuahua who weighs not a mere 2 lbs.she was inside my shirt and really fits in my purse need be. I was the only shopper, no other vehicles to be seen. The young girl sees me and says oh we don’t allow dogs in here. I do understand but it’s an outdoor greenhouse and my dog literally could have been zipped in my purse. I thought this was rather ridiculous. If one goes to many places now dogs are allowed. Ie Canadian tire. Disappointed

Lots of selection of everything from trees, vegetable plants to fertilizers. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Thanks to the 'tree Lady" you were great help and I highly reccommend her and the Greenhouse.
