James Purdy provided me with excellent service on September 15 2023. James installed a new mavic spoke on my rear wheel. Then James used a tool to check my chain for wear and replaced it with a new schram 10 speed chain. I really appreciate the quick thorough service provided by The Bike Shop Calgary central location.

Raj took such great care of us fixing my son's bike tire and then even addressing a broken brake. He was so kind to attach a bell and lights also. Very impressive customer service.

Bought TREK FX 2 Disc 2023 from The Bike Shop Central and noticed there's a chipped paint on the frame when i arrived my place, just on the next street. My mistake was, not checking it thoroughly when i picked it up from the store if there are any damage or rejects on it because i was too excited to get it right away. I understand there are things that we don't have a control of especially the handling and delivery of the items to the store.

But all the stuffs were so nice and very accommodating when i called them for a return and asking to replace it and they gladly entertained my request and swapped it with one of their stock. And i apologized for my negligence.

Learn from my mistake, i know you're excited with your new bike, but check or test it first. Happy bike ride!

- Order sitting for a week, waiting on gloves from supplier
- After email, order arrived
- Still no gloves, but order marked completed
- Contacted seller and apologized
- Still no ETA on gloves after another week
- Ecommerce manager said delivered, but their systems said otherswise
- Multiple weeks and still nothing
- Escalated to credit card company and resolved

I live in Ontario but found the last of a bike I was looking for here at The Bike Shop. I was put in touch with Brian who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of ordering and shipping. Communicative, friendly, attentive, I truly enjoyed our interactions and will certainly consider ordering from them again based on the customer service alone despite the distance.

Great shop with amazing staff. Everybody tries to help you and give the better advice considering the client budget. I totally recommend it.

Super great experience. Not only did the tech, Gabe, help me figure out what was up, he showed me what would fit and work within my budget and then installed it on the spot to get me back to work quickly.
