Every time I need service in my bike everybody from the service department are so nice.
They always talk about what they will do and explain everything. I’m very happy and I trust them.
That’s why I choose to get by bike serviced at The Bike Shop North.

Great shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff and helpful with any questions you might have.

Ver poor service. Not proactive at all to help you solve your problem/situation. I don’t care attitude, very passive. Certain bikes are not cheap, they do not seem to care what you spend to care about your concern. Typical generational service issues.
