Every time I need service in my bike everybody from the service department are so nice. They always talk about what they will do and explain everything. I’m very happy and I trust them. That’s why I choose to get by bike serviced at The Bike Shop North. In 0 to 10 they are 100+ Thank you guys always!
Ver poor service. Not proactive at all to help you solve your problem/situation. I don’t care attitude, very passive. Certain bikes are not cheap, they do not seem to care what you spend to care about your concern. Typical generational service issues.
