Definitely not a great experience. I ordered a new watch and they sent me either a return or possibly a display model. They shipped it in a different watches box with a different watches extra links. The watch had no protection over the face of the watch and they must have lost the foam that the watch wraps around to secure it in the box because the watch just flew around loose in the box during shipping, scratching the face of the watch with the band. I tried several times emailing about the issue and after initial response to send pics and claiming watch was new. I asked if it was new why was it in another watches box with no protection? No response since, now it's been almost 2 weeks and no response or resolution. I have even disputed the watch through the payments company and they won't respond to them either, even with payments being frozen. I hate leaving a negative review for a business but this is not acceptable and customers should know what a business is like if there is an issue. If they do decide to make it right, either a return or maybe its under warranty and i can send it to nixon to be fixed if they can arrange that? I will remove the review immediately. Hoping for a positve resolution to the issue.

Was in the store three times to talk to manager but he was not in so left my name and number for him to call me and I did not hear anything back so went into store again left my name and number for him to call me and still did not receive a call back very poor customer service.

Overall very positive experience. Would definitely recommend. Had to return a watch, the owner went out of his way to help me. 5/5:)

Last night, I bought a snowboard bib on their website, but this morning I received an email stating that the item was priced incorrectly on their website, and they were cancelling my order. Not only they did not honor the price, but they didn’t even told me the correct price or offered me the chance to pay for the difference. They didn’t even say “sorry” on the email. I had previously bought the same item at a different store, but after seeing that they had the same product at a better price, I returned it. Now, I’m gonna have to buy it again. I understand mistakes can happen in business, but I expected more accountability from them. There was no attempt to rectify their mistake. It was pretty disappointing.

I’ve been looking everywhere for the Capita Scott Stevens Pro in a 157 for my boyfriend. The Boarding House was the only place that had it. The board shipped fast and it looks awesome! We have to just stare at it all summer but he can’t wait to ride it in the winter. Thank you so much!

ZERO STAR! Company does not honour their online Boxing Day prices! They canceled two of my orders, received a very weak response stating “wrong boards”? ! Shop online at Empire, Shredz or The Drive. These companies provide great customer service unlike here.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Anything you need they will try their hardest to get for you. The staff are experienced and will definitely come back!
