The staff - two younger age 20ish employees were super helpful found what we were looking for in seconds and gave a bit of info on the products.they engaged with my teen so bonus points for that and now my teen likes the store because of the staff. I also love the store doesn't smell like 100 broken bottles of gross essential oils!

Whose mother doesn't dig Xmas gifts from Body Shop? (Never met a mum who doesn't love lavender)
Typical mall store, however the staff are probably the most friendly and attentive employees I've come across in awhile, so was def a pleasant experience. Lots of selection, (by selection I mean gift baskets) fairly reasonable pricing, and friendly staff. See ya next year same time Body Shop.

Exceptional service today. Every member of staff went above and beyond. Thank to the young lady whom found exactly the raspberry scrub I was looking for. Thank you to the young gentleman for just browsing with me. And the other two ladies your super friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air. You guys made shopping today great. Thank you.

Awesome location that never fails to please! Have been a long time shopper with Body Shop due to my skincare needs following chemo treatments! Love that the staff are well versed in their PK as well as being so friendly and helpful!

This place is wonderful for someone who has sensitive skin. As for staff Daniel is amazing and very product smart.

Honestly the male manager here is the worst thing to happen to this once wonderful store. The products and rest of staff are great, but the attitude from management needs extreme work. Great job rest of team, keep up being awesome. Manager should be in another field because customer service is not for him.

Had a wonderful experience in the Red Deer store today. The products

I highly recommend The Body Shop, the manager was amazing and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect skin care products. Nothing but helpful and friendly. I enjoy going there as it’s such a positive environment and lovely products.

I used to feel safe coming into this store, love getting my body butters from here. Went in today august17 to pickup my usual satusuma. But shortly after I went in I saw a younger women with short blonde hair coughing her lungs out. I am very nervous to go out in public because of covid and the variant, getting covid would put me in the hispital due to my health conditions.i felt extremely unsafe especially because she would take her mask off to cough and if wasn’t just a small cough either. Sounded like she was hacking up her lungs. I thought you guys cared about your customers safety and well-being. I no longer feel safe coming to your store any more …

Visited this location on Jan. 5/21@ 11: 30am. Every year, for the last few years, at the same time of year, I replenish my supply of Body Shop products. Always great service. This year was no different, other than a very rude and argumentative sales associate. She insisted and argued with me about a product I buy every year. Long story short, with reluctance and frustration I opted for something different. My friend was considering purchasing some products and decided not to due to how rude this female was. Kim, who rang my order in was quite pleasant. We were then verbally shoved out of the store. I work in an establishment that serves thousands of people per day and understand the covid/stress environment and customer service. This female needs a refresher course on manners and customer service, unfortunately I didn't catch her name. My hope is that upper management reads these reviews. Unpleasant visit.

The sales girl was fantastic but. We had a question about a purchase, approached the till, before one word came out of our mouth the manager rudely cut us off, she did discoun an amount but made us feel like we were inconvienencing her before we could even said a word. Would have been a better experience if she listened to us first and explained the situation.instead we left regreting going into the store at all.the sales associate was very cheerful and kind and knowledgeable.
