Nice store and selection of nuts and bolts but the little guy working the till machine need some communication skills, rude and he’s no help rushing you around the store

Found the hardware I needed almost immediately, front counter staff were polite and efficient

These guys have a huge variety. I spent an hour going through all the bins looking for the best nut and bolt for my project. I found exactly what I wanted and it was a perfect option for what I was doing. Had I known about this selection earlier I would have gone here for some things because they have more options for types and styles of construction bolts and screws.

The service at this business was exceptional. I needed help with two stripped screws on a really expensive lock and the service person just looked at it and disappeared for 5 mins and came back and it was retapped perfectly. I asked how much I owed him and he said not to worry about it.
They sell tools and lots more…. More than just a nuts and bolts store. Shop local!

Sooo go find all your bolts bag them then bring them up and dump them so the person behind the desk can count and make sure your not a thief.either let the person doing the work label the bag with the contents or get the counter to pull the materials like Edmonton nut and bolt and stop waisting peoples time.

Had a problem that a dealership couldn't help with.upon entering I was quickly asked if I needed help, the guy who helped me helped solve the problem very quickly, he asked a couple questions and figured out what I needed. Thanks Again, Worked like a charm.

Seems like they have every bolt and screw ever made, but if you don't know exactly what you're looking for, don't bother going.
Because even if you ask for assistance, nobody working there is actually willing to help you out: (

Never going back to this place again. Went in to buy some bolts and nuts. Got to the counter and the guy said five dollar minimum purchase.what an antiquated rule to have in this day and age. Regardless of the sale amount the place would still make money. I would rather have people coming in and buying product ranging from a few dollars and up rather than losing that business and future expenditures. I drove down the street and got my supplies without having to buy items I don't need to get above the $5 mark, and they were a lower price.

Pre covid very friendly and know their stuff. Tried going in today was told they DON'T CARE thst I would pass out wearing a mask they won't wait on me without one. Very disappointed that they couldn't show compassion for a customer looking for a couple bolts who has both lung and heart issues that prevent me from wearing a mask! Sad times made worse by lack of compassion

Everytime I get to The Bolt Supply House, I never leave empty handed, and I always feel excited about my purchase. The staff know their jobs and are super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!

From walking in, not knowing what I needed, to leaving with all the necessary hardware plus information on "how to".
Not only fast service, but good service. Great experience.

Message to the owner:
If your store is not properly set up during this current health crises to make your sales staff feel safe enough to properly help your customers then your doors should be closed.poor service.sales staff used Covid-19 an excuse as to why the service was poor. I went to your competition where i received excellent service with no issues.
