Bought drill bits & cutting fluid from Josh P that worked there. He lied to me and told me there would be warranty if I bought those specific items from him. That the drill bits were expensive because they were hardened and blah blah blah. Barely used the drill bits and cutting fluid for metal fence posts and the drill bits crapped out. After trying to warranty the drill bits through Josh he had some story about management not replacing them for whatever lame reason that was now my fault. Even though I have been drilling holes in metal for well over 20 years with no issues.

I will not make the same mistake with this business again.

Best Hardware supply store in town with unmatched knowledge and customer service. If your looking for Milwaukee tools look no further. This store stocks a complete line up from Pack Out to M18 they have it all.

Dang, I didn't want to leave a bad review, but, DONT BUY THE HOUSE BRAND SELF TAPPERS. Otherwise I like the inventory and staff. I do also like the in stock selection of Milwaukee tools. A large in stock inventory goes a long way with me.

Lots of great inventory from tools, bolts, adhesive, fittings, safety. Very friendly staff.

I purchased 8 - 1/2" X 4 1/2" zinc coated hex head bolts with nuts and washers at one of the "Big Box" outlets in Lethbridge at a cost of $89.74. Once I got home I realized that something was seriously wrong! I immediately drove to The Bolt Supply House and the very friendly staff set me up with the exact same hardware at a cost of $23.34! It sure does pay to do your homework and recognize the retail businesses who are out there to help you save money and time/effort to manage your projects! Thank you Bolt Supply House Lethbridge.

So helpful and kind. I’m not the most informed person when it comes to bolts and screws, but staff was so kind and helpful I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time.

First, a commercial supplier carrying any substandard product with a company logo on it.obviously, and second, being stuck with said substandard product because I'm not going to inconvenience myself to return it, DONT BUY THE SELF TAPPERS. Otherwise I like the inventory, but could be better. I do however like the in stock selection of Milwaukee tools.

This is a great store with lots of inventory on hand. Went there today and had a very good experience. Thanks for the help

The service here was awesome. Very friendly, helped me find exactly what I needed, other stores did not have it. Was a quick and painless trip. Prices are also great. Would definitely recommend
