I've been to this Bolt Supply House location twice now, and both times received exceptional customer service. The employees all seem to be very happy and motivated to help. It's quite a change from places like Home Depot. Sorry I didn't get names, but thanks very much to the staff who assisted me both times!

The level of service from Roger, the branch manager, and Colby, his main right-hand man who handles inside sales, at the front desk is unparalleled. OLD SCHOOL SERVICE! It still exists here. When you are in the market for Heavy Duty Milwaukee Tools these are the guys I goto. No one compares. It all started for me in 1991! High performance tools plus sensible advice to match! Colby is the man that keeps it real!

They go above and beyond in the service they provide. They have solved many issues I've had in sourcing the correct hardware.

Had Colby on the phone to he was a great help. Super knowledgeable and understanding. Definitely buying from here in the future

Colby helped me a few weeks ago, he was SUPER helpful and very patient while I keep coming in and out looking for bolts that would fit my crossbars. Highly recommend, excellent customer service. Colby had greqat product knowledge and was very sweet.
