If you go anywhere first, you are wasting time and money. Service actually exists here. No need to wander endless aisles looking for staff who don't have a clue of what you need or are looking for. And the prices can't be beat. I asked for a drill bit at a big box store that would drill through concrete and rebar. This should work. They told me. What they sold me didn't work and it was expensive. I went to The Bolt Supply House and low and behold they had a bit specifically for that purpose. It even says so right on the package. The icing on the cake was it was much less expensive. This place is more than nuts and bolts and bits. Do yourself a favour and check out TBSH.

The Bolt supply House seemed to be the only place that had what I needed. I went in there with my electric skateboard and randomly asked for the hardware that would fit. I had already gone to other places in the city and was about to opt to purchase online from China which would’ve taken three weeks shipping. The bolt supply house was friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed me up in no time and the bill was a fraction of the price of purchasing online. Props to the Bolt supply House!

Was there at the 12 street location today to purchase items for my company. They are close and I normally use them for my items I purchase. They lost my business! I won't be back as I was treated very unfair and was kicked out for having a mask exemption. They are not following the guidelines set out by Health Caada or the rules associated with the bylaw. Very dissapointed in the way they felt they needed to bully the customers. My business will now transfer to Cannadian tire, Lowes, Home Depot and other companies that understand the Laws associated with mask exemptions and fair treatment.

I had a curt hitch receiver that came with bolts. It stripped upon torqueing according to the manufacture instructions. I went to contact the manufacturer with no help. I called and spoke with Tim G.explaining my issue.
I went Bolt supply house and luckily they had the exact same bolt available. Tim was very knowledgeable on the subject, he also found out the bolt only took max torque of 107 lb vs the 110 lbs that the manufacture recommended. I would highly recommend them for your bolt supply needs. They are friendly and eager to help their customers.

The staff at the Manchester branch are the best of all. Tim and Alex make you feel like your wanted and make you feel important and that your Not just another customer

I was quoted a price on the phone for a product, and when I came they gave me a price that was 60% higher.

Thus far I've had mostly good experiences (and actually they were willing to special order a part for me, which one of their competitors I tried before wouldn't) but this wasted my time, and am unhappy with the service. I've reached out to them, and I hope they correct the issue.

This store either always has the bolts and parts I need or help me get them. The staff were friendly.

Went looking for a 3/8in set screw. Staff member found it, came back with 2 of them, and gave them to me free of charge! You cannot ask for better customer service than that!

Spoke to 2 engaging representatives this morning, in and out within minutes, even gave me a deal on the bolts I was buying! 10/10 customer service, I will be taking all my business here in the future
