Stopped by The Bow over lunch; it’s linked to another building via the +15 Skywalk. Weekday lunch hours bustle with activity, especially on weekends, offering a plethora of dining options. Luckily, our visit coincided with a day featuring a live music performance.

It truly is a stunningly beautiful building - shame the security guards make it a very unwelcome place to be.

Super impressive sculpture as I’m kinda addicted to visiting sculptures by Jaume Plensa and a fantastic building worthy of a mooch!

Nice views from the top floors.

August 25th 2022 - +15 restaurants were open, except for Mercatinos, seems like its shutdown for now. Places were pretty busy at lunch.

November 8th 2022 - Businesses are open, some shut down, but most have reopened. A good option for early bird parking right now, $22/day.

The bow tower is beautiful and one of a clean building in downtown, and in the second floor there's any kinda of food you can eat "plus there's Tim Horton you can get your coffee there.

Went for lunch on the second floor mini foodcourt. They only have a handful of choices here. Burgers, Chinese and Vietnamese.
On this visit we had the Chinese buffet. You fill your container, and they weigh the amount of food you take and that's how you pay.

Iconic building in the city of Calgary.

Did not have change the outside appearance since it was built in 2007.

The plus 15 connects you with so many buildings downtown and you never to go side to the cold or rain. An indoor market plaza with lots of food choices and places to sit and relax

It's a beautiful building. However bathrooms on all floors are not handicap accessible. They may have the sign and a stall that is. But if someone can not open the heavy doors to use them what it the point? Disappointed in accessibility.

Wonderful example of tasteful modern architecture in downtown Calgary. The building +15 and atrium are sunny and inviting.
Fun fact for those who work in the building: those big wide stairwells mean evacuation times (in the event of a fire or emergency) are 20 - 30 less than typical downtown buildings.

Beautiful building with spectacular view from 54th floor. Taking multiple elevators if you are above foor 24 is a pain.

Mark in the mailroom is completely incompetent and unwilling to help couriers. Everybody else in the mailroom is extremely polite and professional. Marks laziness and unwillingness to assist is the reason for the single review. He doesn’t know the occupants of the building like he should. I’ve been dropping off four months for a large energy firm within that building without a hitch until I ran into Mark. Security tells me they’re still occupants and I’ve always been able to get a signature from the good mailroom employees up until today (Mark). Long story short. I call security tell them I’m dropping off for, security politely says “doors open come on in”. I then run down 4+ flights of stairs, through an unsafe loading area where Mark is in the mailroom “greeting” couriers in his chair. He then tells me.is no longer an occupant their. I tell him they are and that I was just there Monday for a drop off. He refuses to sign. I then run back up all those stairs and call security to ask if.is still occupants their. Security says “yes they are” and a bunch of other stuff. He needs to be retrained and have a personal attitude adjustment if he continues dealing with courier dropping off/picking up. Some items going through that mailroom are time sensitive and should be treated as such. He’s the exact person you don’t want working for you.trust me, unless he’s family/friends with boss he needs to go. Thanks for your time. God Bless!

The building is a great design, during the day it is a bustling centre of eatery's for patrons of the local business world. It's a very lively building during the weekdays.

The Bow is beautiful masterpiece, with office spaces. It has a Starbucks coffee shop and there is a Canadian post office with the building.
It also has a sitting area outside the building for coffee breaks.

It's the bow, it's an amazing piece of engineering imo. Beautiful to look at both inside and out.

Amazing building. And architecture, but beware of security they’re scared of something and vicious, and don’t want you taking photos even from the sidewalk.they will hassle you hard.

I recently Visited Calgary and I parked in Bow. I got a ticket for short term parking. All of the spots had a number. After thirty minutes of driving around I figured, the entire B-7 is allocated for Short term parking.

Always a good place to stop for lunch. Lots of options inside plus food trucks typically park outside. The reason we went there today was to visit Canada Post. There are very few mailing locations downtown, and this one is very convenient.
If you're nearby around the holidays they always have beautiful decorations.

What a cool structure! It’s never boring to go look at it. I’ve never however explored inside and I’m not sure what there really is to do once inside. Maybe next time I will take a look. I can never take enough photos because there are so many perspectives to choose from. A wide angle or fisheye lens gives the photos cool effects.
