Wouldn't accept a walk-in in the late afternoon. Said they were full, even though the waiting room was empty. The receptionist was rude.

Went there, explained pain, dr omale just hummed and hawed. Then rattled off a bunch of diseases and asked if they were in the family. At the end he wrote a prescription for over the counter Tylenol. Seeing the list of cash only services also gave me a weird feeling as the cash part was highlighted and underlined "no exceptions! ". The whole experience felt like I was a burden.

Staff at counter was super please to deal with.

With that said, I wont be back.

What a joke of a place. I went in here to get a doctor's statement letter I brought in to get filled out for an injury and was told $170 to do so. Went to a different clinic and paid $40. Never use this clinic they are rude and a rip off.

Rude receptionist, and the doctor wasn't great either. I was barely looked at, and he prescribed me the wrong medication.

Dr. O is a no nonsense Dr.who isn't just going to " throw " pills at a problem. Not unlike all the other walk-ins you need to be there when they open. Having said that, there is only one Dr.on duty so it is what it is. Dr. O has been a Dr.that has compassion and understanding.however if you're looking to game the system, I'd find another Dr.

Would not recommend this clinic.the dr sent my son for an xray where it came back as cracked.the dr did not call me nor did he look at the xray when he received it.i had to personally call.i called 4 times 3 of those calls were not answered.when i talked to the receptionist she said he was busy and he would call me back.i called again 1.5 hour later and told them to call me back with the results before they closed which did not happen.i called back the next morning again 3 times before i got through where she said " he said if you called he is sending you to get a cast" no one told me the xray results i had to physically go in there to get an answer.my sons leg is cracked and needed casted and no one cared to call me back even 24 hours after the 1st initial visit.

The lady at the front desk is always pleasant to deal with. She always helps with a smile. Doctor E. Ogali is the same as well. He explains your health issues/condition thoroughly. The clinic has a welcoming environment.

I’ve never experienced any of the incidents that have prompted the negative reviews on this site. Quite the opposite really.

I went in for my first time this afternoon, the lady at the front desk was friendly, personable and had a great positive attitude.
The doctor, listened to me and my concerns and was super friendly. I definitely had a great experience!

I can usually get in to see the doctor the same day I call for an appointment. The staff are friendly and Dr. Ogali takes the time with each patient and listens. The pharmacy attached is also very fast to dispense prescriptions.

I have went to the Branch Medical clinic off and on since they opened. I was there last week and felt the need to write a review. I was sad by the way the front desk girl Krista was talked to and treated, not to mention, they had only been open for 4 minutes and none of us in line had an appointment, I was amazed how she held her composure as the phone never stopped in the background and the rudeness from a few in line being thrown at her. I have read some of the reviews on here about Dr. Ogali. He is very patient, very thorough, and I feel a very concerned, kind, educated man. What I think people need to remember at the end of the day Doctors and clinic staff are people! They have feelings, life responsibilities, families, and bills just like the rest of us, maybe a little kindness will go a long way, we are short on doctors why make the ones we have want to leave?

Called to see if they were doing walk ins and the lady who answered was so rude. Said “we have one available but I’m saving it for someone, go someplace else. ” Then hung up on me. Never going here again.

The shorter receptionist (I tried to get her first name at the end of the conversation to write this review, but she refused to tell me) really treated me poorly today. I suffer from schizophrenia and the way she spoke to me was unacceptable and not right. I do not reccomend this clinic to anyone and will never go back there.

Krisstabelle (who works at the front desk) is inexperienced, illmannered, unprofessional, and simply unpleasant to deal with. Her mistreatment of patients is unacceptable behavior for a woman in her position. The reason the reviews on this place are horrid is mainly due to her negligence and failure to be respectful to those seeking medical advice/attention. A 2.7 rating out of 5 is surely nothing to be proud of.

I have felt respect and compassion from all staff at each visit. Dr has a good heart and always makes the best choice for me. Admin is bubbly, personable and well educated!

Ps negative reviews come from negative people and ain't no body got time for that.:)

I would give zero stars if I could! I called first thing in the morning to see if my daughter and I would be able to see a doctor today. The lady who answered told me to come in at 3: 10 pm or a little bit before, she said she would save a spot for me. I asked if she needed our names and she said no. We arrived at 2: 30 pm. The same lady I spoke to this morning claims that she never told me she could save a spot for me and that she didn't even have our names. My daughter has a raging ear infection and a very sore throat and is beginning to get a fever. I now have to drive around in the cold to find a walk in doctor for her. Would never recommend this clinic. It is the worst customer service I have ever received at a doctors office.

This clinic is by far the worst one I’ve ever experienced, first off I left the house in a panic because I was up all night with my daughter and I showed up and didn’t have her health care card on me, I talked to the front desk women and she was rude and not cooperative to help what so ever, told me I had to call around to look up my daughters health care card, which I then found out that they can look it up through Medicare, just so lazy at her job and no empathy, then asked my 14 year old for giver id i said she’s 14 I don’t have her passport on me, and was completely difficult to deal with, then tried to talk me OUT of waiting because it was 20 mins, she then asked me if she had allergies and i said I’m not 100% sure she’s developed some new ones I’ll have to get a allergy test requested for her and she said “ this doctor won’t do that for you” i got up and left
