We had excellent service provided by Dan today. Our main tv crapped out and we quickly ran to the brick to look, got a great deal and brought home our new tv today! The brick Ponoka will continue to be our first stop for local furniture and electronics
Purchased sofa and TV. All the staff were amazing including delivery. Only reason missing a Star was my TV was delayed by several weeks and communication got lost had I not called.
Went in 15 minutes before they closed because my dishwasher had caught fire and I needed to order a replacement while they were on sale. Dawn and the other staff were so helpful and understanding. They made a horrible day much brighter because of their kindness and humor. Definitely go visit them.

Great place for appliances and furniture. It's really convenient to have a shop like this in a small town, saves a trip to the city and shopping is free of you pick up from the door yourself.

ZERO customer service, zero satisfaction. It started with the pickup of my two beautiful leather chairs. There was no one to assist me in Ponoka to help me load them into my vehicle. The only reason I went to pick them up in the first place was because of the delayed delivery date. We order 90 % of our purchases from Amazon, and were reluctant to even give The Brick a try in the first place. We did, and that is what lead me to my opening statement. I placed these beautiful leather chairs in a room that gets very little traffic. No children sitting on them, no children reclining in them. They were more for show. No pets touching them. Cleaned regularly with leather cleaner.
Problem: one of the incorrectly welded arms snapped, making one of my chairs fit for the garbage. I called The Brick office in Ponoka, they told me they would see what they could do, and get the manager to call me ASAP. Four weeks later I decided to call back as I heard absolutely nothing from the manager. After a brief conversation he made it clear it was out of warranty and they couldn't help me. I then proceeded to call Head Office and leave a complaint with them. They had the same manager call me back, and tell me the same thing he had already told me, with no additional ideas as to creating some customer satisfaction. The second phone call, much like the first phone call, simply wasted my time. Now instead of 90% of my purchases coming from Amazon, it will be 98%.
P. S. My beautiful leather chair is on it's way to the dump today.

Both of my daughters have had nothing but bad service from this place. Iam appalled buy the lack of desire to shine with this group. My daughter and son inlaw baught a new fridge that of course was late on arriving, then it shows up on their steps a week before it was scheduled. One would think that's awesome, but no.instead the delivery guys had issues getting the fridge in the door, and left them sitting there in-40 because they had other deliveries. All the smart delivery guys had to do was take the plastic transport rails off the bottom of the fridge and it would have fit. Instead they had to call around to find help to lift the fridge in. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

I went to The Brick on the hunt for a sectional that would fit in my apartment and Brenna was super helpful in accommodating my many requests! She has made me a returning customer with her knowledge and friendliness! I am always hoping she is working when I pop in for something.
We had 2 separate warranty issues, our main control panel on our range quit working and our furniture was peeling. BOTH issues were dealt with in a timely manner and the service we received from Brenna and Logan were OUTSTANDING! We thank them for everything and will definitely continue shopping from the Brick Ponoka in the future.
I would have given the Brick itself "1 Star" but the staff at this location have been helpful to me. Took 5 months to remedy and repair an issue with my brand new sectional, but the staff at the ponoka location were very helpful through the process
Extremely poor service all the way around. Ensure you have the customers correct information. Don't just focus on collecting the money. Also ensure your delivery drivers show some respect and caution for people in their home we are in the middle of a pandemic. I would never spend here again and absolutely do not recommend this location. Terrible service.
I was dreading going into a store to purchase a bed because we all know how stressful it is to find "YOUR BED". I walked in, told Blane what I wanted in a bed and he knew exactly which one to point me to. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very impressed with the prices as well, the bed I bought was half price on sale and the mattress protector was a great deal. Great customer service as always in the small town shop with awesome selection.
Absolutely lovely staff and selection, however when I returned recently I was extremely upset and shocked to find none of the employees wearing masks. We are in the midst of a pandemic, and it is incredibly dangerous not only to the customers and their families, but the employees as well.
Unfortunately, I won't be returning until masks have been mandated. It's incredibly irresponsible to run a business in a pandemic without taking the necessary precautions, and I know there are other stores more mindful of that.
