I just bought a new mattress and Kamryn, Blair and Dan made the whole process super easy. My new Tempur-Pedic mattress has not only improved my sleep but it has also improved my character in everyday life. It's amazing what 8hrs of sleep can do. Thanks team.

Couldn't find sheets or pillows anywhere! This place was 5 minutes from closing, and Dan took the time to show us all available products and gave us a great deal on everything. Highly recommend and make sure you ask for Dan!

All-star shout out to The Brick in Canmore for bailing me out when my fridge died. Keith helped me find a floor model for an emergency replacement, Chris & Steve had to almost dismantle this old house to get the new fridge in the kitchen, and Dan provided FaceTime assistance when I needed it. Outstanding effort, all! New LG is humming away as if it always lived there.

I have multiple items in my living room and bed room that I have purchased from the brick and they are still going strong a few years later! I love my mattress that I purchased from them. Everytime I go in to the brick store I am always greeted with a smile from Cory.

Was told I was getting my furniture today. Never showed up not even a phone call. Call them up they made a mistake and won't be getting them for 6 more days. Looks like they just wanted my money. If I had to wait over a week I may not have bought them. I was told something so got ride of my furniture and now I have nothing to store my cloths in for 6 days. Guess who is going back and looking for a refund and get my stuff somewhere else. Just got a call the new manager is trying his best to fix and get my furniture earlier. Atleast they are trying

I was recently shopping for a new bed and a gentlemen by the name of Cory was helping me out, he was very friendly and helpful also not pushy at all. I ended up buying a bed from him and will definetly be going back. I thought he was the manager just by the way he carries himself and his professionalism.

It was my first time purchasing major kitchen appliances and I was replacing my dishwasher, fridge and range. I ended up getting some measurements wrong and Cory and Robby went above and beyond to help me fix the situation. I had also purchased a washing machine a few years back from them, and every experience I’ve had with them is nothing short of amazing. Very accommodating, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience buying my futon at the Brick. Cory was very helpful in providing me with plenty of options, both on display and online, that met my needs and exceeded my expectations. I also went in for a mattress and he was amazing at hearing what I wanted and letting me try out different options. Always friendly and great service with a smile!

I ordered a couch which I received and has a defect, so I looked to the Brick in Canmore to assist with finding a resolution. After multiple attempts to communicate with them through emails and phone calls, I have received no follow up or response unless physically going into the store. A process to fix the problem is taking weeks and/or months (8 months to be exact) and is something that could have been solved much faster.

Friendly people when you go into the store (which gives them a 1 star) the rest of the stars are lost due to the inability to value their customers with no follow up and respond to basics needs and/or resolve problems.

Although we got off to a bit of a rocky start, I am pleased to say that Cory at The Brick Canmore has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. He has turned my experience around.
