Rave to the brick. We needed a washing machine delivered to us in sylvan. I phoned and spoke to April, it was a quick process she had one ordered for delivery this morning, only 2 business days! The delivery team was quick, arrived right at our time slot so we didn’t have to carve out too much time out of our day. I was pleased to be able to complete the whole process over a phone call. Being a mom of 2 it’s not ideal to drive to the city to check out appliances and she was very efficient and knowledgeable.

I just bought a TV from Kurt. His demonstration was so well put together that he sold me in seconds! Very good service as always. I would recommend a visit to the brick in rocky any day of the week!

Salesman was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and efficient. Purchased a sale priced T. V.was was out in no time. Great customer service.

April is always amazing. She treats us well, and always manages to get us what we want. Super job! The manager, Matt is also very easy to deal with as well.

I have spent quite a lot of time at the brick recently. I made some purchases for my living room, and then a few days later I had to come in for a new washing machine.and then a dryer!

I cannot even begin to express the kindness and efficiency I experienced. My entertainment system had a factory defect and they did everything in their power to ensure I had a brand new one quickly. When my new dryer didn't fit into the closet, they helped me return the old one, and find one that would.

I cannot even begin to imagine the headache it would have caused if I did not buy local. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful store in rocky. Thank you so much to Jesse, April, Paige, and the lady at the customer service desk. Thank you all so much!

I purchased a beautiful recliner rocker a couple weeks ago. Sales consultant Paige Welsh, was such a joy to do business with. She was very helpful in helping me find my perfect chair, she was patient and understanding. I would % recommend doing business with Paige Welsh! I went to the rocky mountain house branch twice once for a bed then the next day for a livingroom set. And sound system. They were very helpful and they worked with my budget. Thanks to Jesse she was awesome

We needed a bed right away so went into The Brick in Rocky Mountain House. Paige was right there to greet us and find out what we were looking for. She was fast, efficient, let us know our options and provided great information on what was available. We could not have asked for better service.

The staff (Page) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She offered different options of types of furniture to choose from. Definitely will come back and do business with The Brick Rocky Mtn House again!

I went to purchase a couch I saw online, that particular model was not in the showroom So your associate Paige showed me what was available in the size I required. You were having a sale and I chose a sofa and coffee table that cost me less than I had anticipated. Paige was very helpful and has excellent people skills I worked in customer service for over 30 years and Paige met all of my expectations Thank you

Staff are always so friendly and very helpful. They work with you to help you find what you want! The selection and floor set ups are beautiful!

Staff have always been helpful! Even ordering hardware in that they no longer had in stock for a bedframe when I had lost mine in a move! And recently with stuff not being available until a later date they had contacted me to give me options so I wouldn't be waiting for my order a crazy amount of time.

I had a fantastic experience here in rocky! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating! Even with all of the chaos in the world they were still able to get my order to me in a timely matter! I highly recommend going and talking to Katie, she is very helpful and not pushy at all! The whole experience was very enjoyable.

Was not informed about the insurance properly on the brick card have never wanted this type of insurance on a card now i'm being told when i called to the brick i'm on my own if the sheet says yes i'm on the hook to pay the bill my self and i never would have said yes to this!

Excellent service from a big corporation in a small town. The sales manager April is great to deal with, easy going and super helpful. A lot of locals seem to have differing opinions than mine, but I chalk this up to entitlement issues. Either way, I would recommend shopping here.
