Was so impressed with the brick in brooks bought a washer and was not working well. Jessica quickly agreed to change out for no charge and redelivered new washer. The fellows that came to move very professional and friendly. For sure would buy here again.

Buy a bed and the girl tells me to call in today to get 100$ refunded back because the bed is on sale, spoke to a different women and she gets rude with me and tells me I can only get a credit that’s usable within a year not a refund. Misinformation and terrible, rude service. Bad first experience here, very disappointing.

Upon deciding which home furniture store I decided to go with, I am very pleased I chose The Brick here in Brooks! I recently purchased an LG fridge, and could not be happier with the outstanding service I received. There was a slight miscalculation with the dimension of my steps leading up to my front door and the fridge was unable to fit through. However, the delivery men mentioned that the doors of the fridge could be removed in order to fit through, and that they could do that right away. The job was done in accordance of the time frame that was scheduled and could not have been completed in a more professional and timely manner. Well done, “ The Brick”. I will continue to purchase my items needed in the near future as well as those from the past which I am still enjoying. To the team, manager and delivery men, I highly recommend you! Great job!

Easy to deal with/knowledgeable staff! Anti-maskers complaining about their policy should just order stuff online through the website (also incredibly easy to do), problem solved.

Was helped by Mackenzie. Very helpful and nice, knowledgable about products in the store, managed to get me a good deal. Will be back to buy more stuff.

Wish they would have treated my mother and I, after all, the money we spent in there.
Spent over 5 grand in there buying t.v, washer and dryer, fridge and stove, plus our couches as well.
Then our Samsung television broke down after a year-and-a-half and they didn't help replace it at all. Not impressed after all the money we have spent in there

Such a poor service the store in brooks concern about the fitting I bought a double bed week ago now is my room inside boxes, pieces and still they don’t fitt it I called the costomer services nd i don’t get good reply
