Purchased dining room chairs from Karan. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would certainly recommend him as a preferred sales consultant. He made it a pleasant purchasing experience.

Thanks for the management team for the doing nothing. Last time management team gave me review but did not contact me but this time management team send me a email so I explained the bad experience what I had that branch. Then the branch operation manager called me and they would not repair my sofa because the parts is discontinued. What a nonsense. Please do not buy warranty because you wouldn't get cover when the parts discontinued. This is ridiculous.
Also I expect management do something for me but they just transfer me to the branch where they keep decline my claim with excuses.
So I am very disappointed with Brick as well.

Service prior to purchase was awesome but after purchase service is yet to be desired. I am still awaiting my sales representative to return my call a week after my delivery. Used to be my favourite store until now. Bought 2 mattresses here a week ago and one is leaned up in my son's room awaiting their 21 days re-selection to have it changed, as they refused to take it back even though I called right after it was delivered and, as for the 2nd mattress, the supposed brand new mattress has a bulge right across the mattress even before it's slept on, and guess what? They refused to exchange it before the 21 days. I really wish I had gone back to Sleep Country for these new mattress as their service before and after was top of the line. I bought a mattress from Sleep Country about 2 years ago and their service was just superb and my son is still enjoying his mattress.

Shopped for a 3 piece sectional at Calgary beacon hill brick store. Karan the sales consultant has provided exceptional customer service. He was very professional, Knowledgeable and supportive. Will come back again. Hope the couch lives upto the expectations.

We had Karan as our sales associate, and he sure knows how to sell. He made sure to let’s us try ALL the mattress we wanted until we narrowed it down to the BeautyRest GL6. He made sure to also tells us the cons and pros for each mattress! When I’m ready to upgrade to a bigger bed I hope I’ll meet him again

Moe was fabulous. So friendly and helpful. We came in looking for new furniture for our new house and he supported us the entire way. We were super indecisive and he never pressured us. Highly recommend him!

If I could give zero star, I would have. I bought my furnitures worth of $6900 from the NW office in Calgary. The materials of the couches started tearing apart after 7 months, my queen bed broke after a year and now my son’s twin bed fell apart. I moved out of town and I went to their office where I moved to, to show them pictures and they gave me an email address to reach out to, which I did immediately. A lady replied to my email and asked me to send pictures, which I sent immediately, and till now, I haven’t heard back from them since last year. All my furnitures were still under warranty when I contacted the brick, now, it expired! What prompted me to leave this review is that, the foot frame of my son’s bed fell off this morning and broke. It’s very painful to see your money go down the drain? I paid in full and that’s my sweat

. I have been waiting for my centre table since July 1. Every time I call or show up to the store they gave a date and then when the product doesn’t shows up they blame delivery.they delivered bed set without screws and made me wait for a month just to get those screws.

This location has been a great place to shop for your home. This is the second time we have come to this location to buy things for our home. First time we bought a tv and a couch, this time we bought a bed and a refrigerator. GURIQBAL greeted us as we came into the store and helped us both time find the best deals. We are happy with our purchases. Highly recommend this location.

I have purchased several home appliances and few electronics from The Brick Beacon Hill branch and it was an excellent experience. Hedi Azouz helped me with items I purchased in the store and Sara Farag did the follow up and after sales services. They both did an excellent job and I only go back to the Brick because of their excellent services. Thanks to both of you.

I had a very good shopping and sales experience with Nash. Made me and my wife feel welcome and at home. Nash had lots of knowledge of the products. Beacon Hill Brick is well organized and you have a good feeling when you walk through the door. Will come back again.

I just happen to speak to Sal who helped me with my purchase for Drake Sectional Sofa. Not only is he passionate and knowledgeable, but he went out of his way to give a fantastic customer experience. Its rare to find professionals like him who can offer such excellent service. Thank you Sal.

They're terrible. Communication is not a thing with these guys. I ordered 6 dining room chairs. 3 came wobbly and 1 had massive stains. I called to a resolution on Friday and was informed they would notify me by Sunday. Monday rolls in and nothing so I had to call and was told Tuesday. Still nothing on Tuesday so again I had to call and told Wednesday. Rinse and repeat and now it's Thursday and finally they're willing to help me with a $20 refund.excuse me? It wasn't until I requested to speak with a manager that they finally offered to replace my chairs. Additionally, I ordered a couch and accent chairs early October. I was informed they will come mid November. I receive a call mid November saying the couch won't arrive until late November but the accent chairs will arrive on the weekend. I call on the Friday to confirm the arrival date and time of my accent chairs.apparently they won't arrive until late November and my couch won't arrive u til late December. Look, I get there are delays especially with COVID, but call at the very least give me a courtesy call or email updating me! I really don't understand why this store in particular is so bad with communication!

If there will be any zero star, i will give zero star to Brick. Very poor customer service. They change our delivery date 4 times and deliver our furniture after 3 months. Even after 3 months, it was not complete. The delivery person Eric M was so rude, he even did not know what he is delivering to us. When we call customer service to ask about missing item, they did not have the answer. There was no coordination between delivery and Bricks. There furniture quality is very low compare to the price we pay. Seems like no quality check and no one knows what is in the box. I will never recommend anyone to buy furniture from Bricks.

We were helped by Sal, one of the senior sales consultant, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, patient, and went above and beyond, as it was our first time buying furniture and my family had many (repeating) questions. My father-in-law has known him for 10 years and Sal has always been amazingly kind and helpful.

We felt fully taken care of and left the store with peace of mind, excited for our purchases to arrive. Thank you Sal!

They delivered appliances on my street today and unpacked them in the street. I had to go out and clean up bits of styrofoam that were blowing down the roads and into yards after they left. Not impressed

Nash was really friendly and knowledgable! He was able to get us a great deal on a mattress and made us feel confident we were making the right choice. The experience was efficient and made enjoyable because of his sociable personality.

Absolutely horrible place. Service agents are very rude. They hang up the phone on customers and customer service agent (kiacoul) covers up for them claiming they don't have a manager on the floor. Take your money elsewhere please. I wish there was a zero star rating.

I would like to say how wonderful my dealings were with Modassar at Beacon Hill, he was awesome to deal with. Very friendly and out going with a great sense of humour!

Don’t bother with Warranty, they don’t respond! I called four times trying to explain that one of our dining chairs was broken where its fastened together, only to be told to wait for an email. Went into the store, was told to email the pictures of damaged chair and table. And nothing. Great furniture, garbage warranty!

Yesterday. Nov 5/21 was our first time purchasing from. The. Brick at Beacon. Hill and in particular our. Salesman ROHIT. An outstanding gentleman, very considerate and so efficient to deal with. When needed to make another purchase, we will return to. The. Brick and seek out ROHIT! A-1

Went in for a new dining table tonight and found the perfect design for our extended dining room. The contrasting colors is just what I hoped for. Bawan was our helpful sales consultant and she was patient yet informative in her approach. We got a good deal and our delivery wait time is fantastic! We were fortunate that the items were all in stock after Bawan did a bit of searching for us! Go see her! She's great:) Thank you & can't wait to get our 9-pc dining set! Walked in today new what I was looking for was showen what I was looking for by Nash help me an my family get everthing done very friendly an new right where everthing was to help use out will be going back when we need anything else highly recommended going to this store.

We were in a pinch when a different company completely dropped the ball on our mattress order. The day before it was scheduled for delivery at our new place, we were suddenly informed that it was discontinued even though we placed and paid for the order 3 weeks prior. When we asked how long it would take for the next available mattress to be delivered, the company said 2 weeks!

Disappointed, we went to the Brick to check out other options. Guri was able to help us find a new mattress, ensure quick delivery (so we wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor longer than was necessary) and, was even able to get us a deal on the protector and delivery. If anyone needs anything at this location, talk to Guri. He helped us out with previous purchases and came through for us again this time as well. Thanks, Guri!

My Husband and I had the most amazing experience with Simona. She is so kind, very friendly and has a great sense of humor. She takes the time to listen and finds exactly what you need on any budget. She helped us pick out our dinning table set last year, so we thought of her first when we wanted to buy our new Sectional because I knew we would have a great experience agian.
