We urgently needed a fridge as quickly as possible and Dale De Smet took a lot of time to help us find exactly what we needed and patiently answered all of our questions. This is our second major appliance purchase from this store and we’ll keep coming back because of the great and friendly service.

Completely satisfied with my new couch and amazing customer service of the entire staff including the delivery staff. You can tell that their very knowledgeable about their products, friendly and polite.

The atmosphere in this store was very positive when I walked in. I wasn’t confronted immediately by sales staff and was given some time to look at some of the things that I liked. Dale approached me and ended up spending several hours assisting with trying out different pieces of furniture and explaining some of the pros and cons of the pieces. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He continuously expressed that his goal was to ensure I went home with the things that met my needs the best and were most comfortable for me. I did not feel rushed to make a purchase and felt confident that what I did purchase was exactly what I wanted. I recommend this store and specifically Dale De Smet for anyone looking for furniture or appliances. Their prices are guaranteed to be the lowest and they will price match.

Very poor service most employees were to busy talking to each other or on their phones to notice a few customers trying to get service.

The young man we dealt with for a tv purchase was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and was not a pushy salesman. I would definitely recommend seeing Nathaniel at the 137 Ave Edmonton location

Was looking for the remote control Jeep promotion & had very good results. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I've made a few separate purchases over recent years from this location and never had an issue until recently I had to deal with a warranty claim on a sofa. I had the pleasure of speaking with Taggy and got a better resolution than I had ever hoped for, along with amazing customer service. I am a very happy customer, largely thanks to Taggy, and will continue to return to this location for years to come as a result.

We went to this location to shop furnitures for our new home, this Sales Rep. Named YODIT, helped us with our furniture and assisted us. We even had to replace our order (ordered wrong size) and she assisted us at immediance. Overall, she is a very helpful employee, no hassle even in returning and re-ordering. Very Accomodating.

Purchased a king size bed here for an outrageously cheap price! Super excited about that since we paid boxing day price for the king size set. Also, the guy who sold us on the bed was super nice and even threw in 2 free pillows and a mattress cover, no cost. Would definitely recommend!

I pulled a warranty on my faulty couch. I was offered the same couch or the value of my couch, which is $1800. When I went to look at new couches, I guess inflation brought the prices up quite drastically as I couldn't find anything for under $3400. So, hoping the same faults don't happen to the couch again I opted to just get the same couch. The gentlemen explained to me that I wouldn't be able to get the couch until March because that was the earliest earliest could get it in.

Now, I've been sitting on a broken couch for almost 2 months now. It has been really hurting my back. I even had to go to a chiropractor due to my back pains. I cannot have company over due to the fact that I can't have my company sit on a broken couch that inflicts back pains.

I just called to see if there was anything they could do, due to the circumstances, by potentially getting me into a new couch at the same value as my couch now ($3800 or cheaper). Unfortunately, they said no.

Now, my family and I have went to this EXACT location for over 25 years straight. It would have been nice to see more of an effort from RANDY to help me along with this situation. But unfortunately, he didn't want to do ANYTHING to help.

So basically my point is, if you buy a couch today and pull a warranty on it tmr just be prepared to have the value of your couch decrease dramatically.

Don't support companies who don't support their loyal clientele. After 25 years of giving this exact location our business I'm done. Instead, go to LEONS 2 mins west on 137 Ave from this location. Their staff knows how to treat people and understands what people are going through during these trying times.

Nima was very helpful from answering my questions over the phone to processing my order in the store. Great customer service!

Black Friday deals brought me in for a $1000 mattress, bought it and the accessory (mattress protector, not encasement like I requested) required for warranty and spent $1500 total with delivery.when it arrived I called Nima our salesperson immediately and brought up the issue about the different style and color of the mattress and the pad not protector, Nima told me he doesn't understand why I would be concerned with a different mattress and a topper protector versus encasement protector, and then told me I could still buy an encasement as well and when I told him I am unsatisfied with that option, and would not need to buy that, thank you anyway, and he HUNG UP on me without a professional response nor saying goodbye, just hung up after being rude, short and curt. Will definitely not be buying the next 2 mattresses we need from the Brick.

Great products and great service but stock is at an all time low due to supply! Just make sure you ask if its in stock!

We didn’t buy as we couldn’t complete the bedroom set we wanted however they have some nice bedrooms big store and lots of furniture

We had a great experience here today. Nima and Cass (?) were so great. They helped us get exactly what we wanted, no pressure and really up front about potential delays. We came in close to closing on one of the busiest days and they were both so kind, helpful and somehow still cheerful despite the long hours they put in.

Was in there for 20 min and no one asked to help we were looking to buy a TV n furniture. Walked out very disappointed and took my business elsewhere

After walking a fair distance cuz I was determined to buy a sofa TODAY, & after visiting 3 other places to buy said sofa, I walked in to this store only to be ignored for 15 minutes. How ironic that I find a beautiful sofa in here & the fellow that did eventually assist me, Nima, was very apologetic & very gracious. I may not recieve my sofa for 2 months but it was nice dealing with him & finally finding & purchasing a sofa. Thanks Nima.

I'm sorry I must add a negative now. I've had this couch for 10 days & I'm not sure I like it 100%. I'm not short, I'm 5'6½" & my feet barely touch the floor. It's higher than the one I sat on in the showroom. Had it been this high in the showroom, I would not have purchased it. The circulation in my legs gets cut off. I now have a blanket covering the entire couch because I seem to slip n slide, & I have 3 folded blankets on the floor I put my feet on so I don't get the circulation cut off. It's a very nice couch but this one is definitely not the height of the one in the showroom. I'm tempted to take the legs off but I think what's left would scratch the floor. I'm sorry to say but I'm not that happy but I'd never say, don't shop at The Brick.

This is the place that you can find what you looking for. Nice people and good deal. Recommend to everyone.

Was there Sarurday looking for a new sectional. Jede was our salesman and he was super helpful. He talked with Management to get us a better deal as the couch we bought was the floor model. He also worked at getting us 2 sleep pillows included in the deal.
He took the time to explain financing, the warranty and made sure all our questions were asked. Even got both my mom and I glasses of water when we mentioned it was dry inside.
Highly recommend him as a salesman. He will take good care of you.

Great customer service! The staff were very friendly especially Jede. He was very insightful in helping us choose a new bed for our home. Jede made the process very fast and easy. He didn’t try to push or convince us to buy anything we didn’t want but made sure we knew what all our options were while keeping our budget in mind. Cant wait to come back in the future!

Good experience, I haven’t gotten my items yet. But there was a discrepancy on the price shown on the floor VS actual price. Nav worked with the manager to get the price equal to what was shown on floor, in the store. So I appreciated that a lot. Thank you!

A absolutely amazing experience, we dealt with David and he was very nice and experienced person, he dealt with us very patiently. The best place to buy furniture and if you go David is a very highly recommended person to deal with.

I went to the Brick on November 6th and purchased new appliances for my new home. I was told the fridge was out of stock, but that I would be getting a delivery mid-late November. I have been called with 4 different delivery days and still never received the fridge. I was called last Saturday to be told that my delivery was on December 19th to not get the delivery. When I called to ask about it, I was told it was out of stock and I will now not be getting it until the end of January. This has been paid for since November 6th. When trying to contact the location, rarely does someone answer the phone and when we ask to speak with the manager and get told he will call us back, we never get a call. Then when trying to contact the store again, they don't answer the phone. We also purchased an over the range microwave that did not come with any of the parts and it was a fight to get them, they stated the phone number did not match when I have the receipt with that exact phone number. Never will I purchase anything from the Brick again, been getting nothing but the run around on something I purchased almost 2 month ago. Horrible customer service and management does not even call you back.

Had an excellent experience with Munira.she was amazing and so helpful with selecting our furniture.

It is with great disappointment I have to reduce my rating from high to one star. I purchased a couch a few years back. We are seniors and furniture is heavy. I noticed when we got the furniture that the under zipper was open, but with no one to help it stayed open. We were painting the wall behind the couch, flipped it over and discovered that 1) the zipper was broken 2) a hole in the bottom of the couch fabric 3) inside the hole the wood was gouged. In short the deliverers dropped and damaged it in transit and were not admitting damages. The were fast to get the delivery slip signed as no damage on delivery.

If this is the company culture, please, the Brick, get me off every mailing/call list you have. I’m done.

Effortless process from beginning to end. Customer service was amazing and I always knew what was happening with timelines. If I could give the delivery team 7 stars I would. My couch didn't fit in my stairwell so they went up and over my second floor balcony. Absolutely no damage either.

After a 2 week wait on a box spring I've just been informed my order was canceled or not put through.
I honestly can't understand how this can happen if I put an order in get told a date first week of December but no order was placed.
Absolutely garbage service unless your are spending big bucks $$$ if you're getting small items get ready for a huge run around.
The customer service over phone was great, nice young lady working to talk with but save your time and money, shop elsewhere!
