Just purchased a new dishwasher from the Brick DV. I did my online research first, and narrowed down my choices. I then met with Susan at the Brick, and we further reviewed those models and options. She was able to provide more detailed info and insights, making my choice a lot easier. She was very helpful and personable.

The staff at this location have always been so great anytime we've shopped here. Just recently buying a gas oven, Elsie was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend seeing her if you're in the market for furniture or appliances.:)

I hate shopping! Especially, for large ticket items. I have never had a good experience and I always end up with buyers remorse, that I have the worse luck, in that, I must be at fault. So, when my husband and I needed a new bed, I dreaded the idea of having to shop. Especially, in these covid conditions. I mean, who wants to go anywhere around people! However, after a bit of research and suggestion by a good friend, I reached out virtually to the Brick in Drayton Valley, and found the most understanding and informative person, Theresa, that changed my mind about the shopping experience. The whole thing was done over the phone, the most virtual experience I've ever done. I explained to her that I had extensive back issues and needed a bed that was firm, but not so firm that it felt like sleeping on the hard floor. I wanted to wake without feeling more pain than when I went to sleep. What I liked was the 90 day sleep guarantee. She explained that I could 'try' the bed out, giving it at least 30 days to form a softness and see if it was the right one for me. If not, I have the choice to switch it. Well, that right there was worth it! She helped me decide on a few selections and we wilted it down to a Sterns and Fosters with a pillow top for comfort, but still a firmness for support. We set the sale in motion, and she kept me informed throughout the whole process. Including the day it was supposed to be delivered, but unfortunately a huge storm rolled in and everything shut down and had to be rescheduled. But, she was always one step ahead, messaging me every step of the way. The bed arrived on time, the delivery people were quick and courteous, and the whole process from start to finish was steamless and pain free. Theresa knows her product and I have to say, she was spot on with the bed suggestion. It has been 15 days since we got the new bed and I can honestly say, I've had some of the best sleeps of my life! Thank you for this incredible experience, you have made me a lifelong customer!

I am from Calgary and had dealt with Jesse at the Drayton Valley Brick on previous occasions purchasing furniture and appliances for my mom. Not only is Jesse friendly and outgoing, he is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products available and so when I needed a freezer I called Jesse. He was able to find one that suited our needs, was a good price and had it delivered to Calgary! Whenever I shop at The Brick I will use the Drayton Valley Brick and ask for Jesse! The rest of the team there are pretty great as well!
