Would leave 0 stars if I could. Everything was fine up until delivery and customer service regarding our delivery. I asked them to leave packages at the front door and instead the delivery drivers trespassed into our neighbours back yard and threw our brand new coffee table and end table over the fence onto our property and busted the fence. Called the brick regarding this and Nicole said that she would contact the owner regarding this matter and promised to get back to us the next day. 2 days go by and no phone call. We had to call her and she said that we requested that my brand new coffee table and end table be thrown over the fence… shake my head. My wife had to get this back over the fence and apologize profusely to the neighbour, as I was away at the time. Very disappointed. We will not be ordering anything else from the brick.

We moved to the Whitecourt area and need a washing machine quickly. Jessica found what we wanted and got it in within a few days. They even took our old machine and recycled it even tho it is not commonly done. We got great service at the Whitecourt location. We will shop here for our Brick needs!

I purchased a power recliner for my mother from Tiffany at the Brick in Whitecourt. She was so helpful. She even showed me where I could apply for a provincial grant as my mother needed the chair for her mobility issues. Tiffany also helped me personally to get it delivered to my mothers home. She went out of her way to help us. I would definitely purchase from her again.

First time went into a Brick store. Excellent service at the Whitecourt Brick location. First day I met Brian. He welcomed me with smile and respect. He is very knowledgeable about all the different products provided by Brick. He analysis a customers requirement and recommend different options to choose from. A wonderful person to have in store to give the right advice to the customer.
I could not decide what I want to purchase on the same day so went to the store next day and met Tiffany. She is a wonderful person with good knowledge of all the products. Always smiling and making sure the customer satisfaction is top notch. She went through different mattress options and helped me finalize the mattress set that would match my needs. I got what I want at a good discount. Definitely recommend Brick products.
