The Brick

They were upset i would pull fridges out to measure them as the tags have the measurements, weeellll they did on some but they are approx not actual size, if it measures 32.1 then the tag says 33, sales people were pushy and not helpful at all.close minded, they need to relax and appease the customers.if we need to measure for peace of mine.then let us! Maybe then I would have bought a fridge off you but the treatments was unwelcoming.maybe because I am a woman, maybe not.

Mukash was amazing to work with. He was accommodating and knowledgeable. I went to athabasca brick and to leons prior to stopping in westlock. Glad I did. I will be definitely coming back

Very happy with the service I received. Mukesh went above and beyond helping me select a new TV! The one I wanted was a floor model (which was not on the floor, it was high up on a wall) they took it down, they both delivered it and assembled it for me. Couldn't be happier, this was true customer service!

Okay so I went here to purchase furniture and of course got the flexiti card to get the furniture at the end of the purchase I was told that I was to pay 45 dollars at that time and in 30 days pay 197.54 now I got an email saying I owe 279$ it hasn't even been 30 days I just got the furniture August 3rd! So right now I'm giving 3 stars until this situation is cleared up, I'm not impressed, I'm only supposed to pay 70$a month after paying the 197$ is there even any truth in that?

Highly recommend Mukesh, a sales consultant at this store.
He went above and beyond to help me purchase a specific washing machine. He is courteous, professional and genuinely wants to help you.
I will definitely be returning for my future purchases.

I went in needing a couch, bed, and table. I got everything I wanted for an amazing price. The service from Mukesh Patel was excellent.

Mukesh Patel helped me with the purchase of my Fridge. He was very helpful, found me the best deal and did his best to get my fridge delivered ASAP. My old fridge was dying and I was eating out of a cooler. The delivery guys were very helpful also and delivered the new fridge and got rid of my old one for me.
I am recommending the Westlock Brick to all my friends in the retirement community. Special thanks again to Mukesh (five thumbs up!)

The manager offered me his staff to help me move. They showed up with the cube can and were done in short time and charged me a very reasonable fee. We have good people working atthe Westlock Brick.

Rented a 26 Foot truck and I called the night before to confirm it would be there. It wasn’t set to be dropped off unti 9 am but Mukesh called the customer and called me back to confirm. Amazing service and gave the peace of mind of knowing the truck was there.

Phenomenal service for another purchase today. I have been a customer for several years since the new owner took over and I absolutely love the information and knowledge they bring to my furniture and appliance choices. During the pandemic they helped me find in stock options and now a few years later they continue excellent service and attention to detail. 100% recommend and appreciate their work.
