The Brick

We bought a table and chair set, after a few months we noticed a crack in the bottom. We called and talked to Dhruv he was great to work with, super helpful and understanding of the issue. He replaced it for us no problem. Excellent customer service I highly recommend him and the Fort Saskatchewan brick We will always shop there!

I don't mind that the bed and the frame came in a month later than they said it would. I was told they would set the bed up, when they got to the house they told my wife they don't do that and to take it up with the salesmen.
Super unprofessional to bass the buck off and to say contradictive things.
Even though I waited a month longer, I would have left a great review, but to not be home and someone's telling my wife basically that it ain't their job or their problem. Now I have a problem with that.

I have been to this store so many times. Employees are always happy and greet with respect. Customer service is great. So happy to be here every time I come in.

During our visit to the store, our salesman left us alone and was able to answer all of our questions. Very informative and friendly, and most importantly, gave us ample space to browse at our own pace.

I actually bought my sectional in Nanaimo BC. I unfortunately need to do a warranty claim. When I called my location they just told me to go online and I had to tell them I don't know my information for my 0urchase as it's been awhile. They said they'd send me my invoice but I never recieved anything and it's been over 24hours. I have a friend who has bought through the Fort Saskatchewan location and has had nothing but good things to say so I contacted them to see if they would be able to help me. They were such amazing help and got me my invoice within minutes of talking to them! Shout out to Arthur and his team for being such a great help and easing my mind about going through warranty.

David was so incredibly kind and full of answers I was looking for. From the moment he said hello he listened as I inquired, offered input and advice and was quick to help me figure out my best option! I was so impressed by him and the way he welcomed us, I told him several times what an amazing experience he had provided!

Great service! Able to answer all questions, search previous history and moved furniture around to give us a better picture of set up. Took their time with us and didn’t rush us to make decision.

We went in on Black Friday to purchase a mattress. David was fabulous to deal with. He was very accommodating and not pushy. He gave us time to make our decision and gave knowledgeable advice. Thank you for a good experience and a great mattress!

First time ordered a dining table set, was told delivery was going to be 3 weeks, ended up being 4 months.
The second time going in to order several items, no salesperson approached us when we first went in and had to go to the counter for assistance, but no one would come out to the floor to help us until we approached another salesperson (who was very helpful). Ordered a couple of items, was told delivery in a week but received no contact by phone or email when the items arrived. I had to go back to the store to inquire about delivery, only to find out the items had arrived 5 days earlier.
Will be looking for more furniture in the Spring but will probably not shop at this store.

I had a very helpful and patient salesman when I called the Brick about purchasing a washer and dryer. Arthur was vey helpful and very very patient with me! He went above and beyond your regular sales person that I have had before! He got me my purchase’s that I told him was in my budget! He did not push me to get other higher purchase’s. I will give him a 10/10 if it went higher he would of 100/100! Very pleased with him. Thank you Arthur for all your help! I will be asking for you in the near future.
