Good. Purchased washer and dryer. Delivery on agreed date by Ken and Matt. Deliver smoothly and put appliances in designated room with ease. No disruption to the home.

Matt and Ken were very pleasant and caring about having good products delivered. Service was good.

The best part of the Brick experience was the the Delivery Men. Matt and Ken were professionals and easy to deal with if the the Sales team cared as much as the delivery men Brick would have happier clients

Matt and Kendall were quick and courteous while making the delivery. Informed me of everything I needed to be made aware of with the new appliance, Over all great experience

My sales person, Madeline C, went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. My original order wouldn't fit in my place and I was extremely disappointed. The manager refunded my purchase promptly and gave me a measuring tape to ensure the next purchase would fit. Madeline helped me pick out a couch and love seat and gave me an amazing price and did not charge me a second delivery fee. She was absolutely amazing to deal with and I highly recommend The Brick in Camrose AB!
The delivery team, especially Chris, were pleasant and respectful.
