We bought a couch last Black Friday. We were told it would be a few months or possibly a little longer for delivery. We were called about every 3 months letting us know it was delayed and would be another few months. We have just recently been told that it won’t be until next August. We have been given the option to pick something else but with inflation and no guarantee for delivery on the next piece of furniture we don’t feel like we have much of an option other than wait. Be warned that unless it is in stock that it may be years before you get your new furniture.

Tarun Sachdeva has been really helpful to us purchasing a new couch. He helped us find the most amazing deal and he even help us look for matching throw pillows.

He's been terrible at updating me on the status of an order and it's been about a month. I've reached out to him several times, and nothing. Worst service. Waste of time.

She helped us figure out the best pricing and products for our needs, she made us feel very welcome. I can’t say enough good things about her. We purchased dining table and chairs. There's damage on the chairs.it has been more than 3 months and replacement did not arrive to date not to mention that you cannot reach anyone on the phone. Email was responded after a week or more.

Sales agent Humayun of sunridge brick- given me an excellent service for my sofa. Time frame from delivery is a week early. Saes agent that go extra mile for his service.

I made an online purchase and it kept getting delayed so I finally cancelled it. They told me over the phone that I had to go into a store to collect my refund. Once I got there they told me they had to process some kind of form and then they would mail me a cheque. After almost two weeks I called to check on the progress and they told me to keep waiting. I think this business practice is completely unacceptable. The brick is the worst place to deal with because they simply don’t care about customer service and I will never be shopping her again.

We went to their Sunridgw location for a dining set, and a bed set. Sohail helped us in this process. We found him very knowledgable. We have been buying furniture with this location for many years and usually we would go to Sohail. I would recommend Brick Sunridge location specially their sales manager Sohail.

Currently under renovation. While the staff were great at making sure customers were careful, it seemed that the main area was so stuffed with items it was hard to maneuver around carefully.

Super happy with the delivery guys Jason and Jeremia! They are professional and friendly. It was a slow process to receive our furniture but the delivery service rocks. Thank you guys keep up the good work!

They don’t not deserve even 1 star such a bad experience with their employees. They do not know how to treat a customer, they are just hired to argue with customers…

Edit: Nah I have to take points off after confirming that I was lied to about the terms of the financing.

As I expected, on deferred interest zero-payment plans, interest starts from all the way back to the purchase date after the promotional period ends.

This is different from what Randy had tried to tell me, which was that interest starts only from the first day after the promotional zero-payment period.

Bought a coffee table first came damaged and Brick replaced it with another same table but that came damaged. Been calling since October 22nd but no body willing to help. Very poor customer service.very disappointed

The service we got here was pretty standard this time around. We have purchased appliances in the past where they deserved a full 5 stars for going above and beyond. Really depends on your sales Rep.

I want to give a shout out, a compliment and and a “Hey, nice job! ” for the excellent Customer Service I got from Shi-Anne at the Brick at Sunridge in Calgary. She went above and beyond to help me with a $25 item that I REALLY wanted. It was clearance, they had 1 left, and she made the process on the phone and in the store as smooth as could be. Not only that but she also helped me with a purchase at another Brick location in Calgary that the Staff Member I talked to on the phone seemed unwilling to help with as well. Thank you Shi-Anne for going above and beyond for my $25 item. There should never be a price attached to great Customer Service and you proved that!

We were dealing with Kamran. He helped us through the entire buying process patiently and professionally.

We were looking to buy a furniture for our new house. We walked into the store and a gentleman Mubarak Ali came to us. He walked us through different options. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. So happy with the service we got

I’ve had a worst experience with these people especially their manager, my sofa had a damage which I purchased the warranty playing $700 and then when I call for warranty they say that we can only give you $900 where my sofa costs $1500. And manager tells me you should’ve reported that earlier. But as a customer I do not know where to apply for warranty at so I called them but they kept me waiting for 3 weeks until I called again and now they are saying I should’ve contacted in a 14 day period.
Worst experience I do not recommend this location for anyone who’s looking for furniture. These Guys are a rip-off. They do not have any aftercare for customers.

Wide variety of products and unparalleled customer service! Hassan helped me choose an ottoman for my livingroom. He was extremely helpful and professional! He took the time to walk me around the store and show me the different options, checked prices and dimensions for me. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Darshan and Amar were great…they helped us find the best fit and colour matched sofas recliner and dining table. We got everything we wanted all at one store.they even have a great collection on carpets on back and they have best prices compared to any other furniture store. Looking forward to come back to buy more furniture for my basement.

Shi-Anne is amazing, I had problems that were beyond frustrating and dealt with people who made made cry and feel horrible on more than one occasion. Shi-Anne helped me several times and on each occasion she made me feel appreciated and valued, she always me me feel like she was going the extra mile. Purchased a bed from The Brick had an issue with my box spring and mattress. Cody was amazing as well as Jennifer who resolved the issue. They upgraded my purchase with the same price as a previous box spring and mattress. This is why I deal with only the brick and Jennifer because the stand behind what they sell.

Amar Bajwa is amazing! He went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service and an excellent shopping experience. I did not plan to make a big purchase at The Brick but left with more furniture than I came for. All the sales associates were friendly and welcoming and the deals were the best in town. Shop here and you will not be disappointed!

I just wanted to share my experience at Brick. Hassan was my sales person and I don’t have words to express is customer service. He was nice, quick and very informative about the products. I would highly recommend him. Also really love the dinning set and coffee table I recently purchased. Hats off to you Hassan and thanks for the great customer service!

I bought kitchen appliances from Omar (the boss) and Wadood (sunridge location), they gave us the best and beatable prices out of all the stores in Calgary. They are the great salesmen, and have great customer services. Omar is well educated about all the appliances if you ever are curious (like me) about the differences of brands and level of series and qualities, HE is the one to answer. They both stayed over time after closing hours to just help us out. They gave us a reasonable delivery date, I can’t wait for that day I am so excited.

Yep The Brick is absolutely the worse company to do business with.
I have been given the runaround over the last two weeks, informing me that my appliances were here, then there and now they cant seem to get them. So Mark who is the manager just didn't seem to understand that I was not in the country and that this order is for the home we own which is being rented and the appliances that were ordered over 20 days ago is for my renters. Today I spoke to Sabrina and I explained I need to cancel the order as my tenants need something now and so we shopped elsewhere and Sabrina said I need to come into the store to cancel. Politely for the 5th time telling a Brick associated I am not in the country and that I ordered online and got confirmation online of my order and therefore would like proof of cancellation via email. Sabrina went away to confirm with Mark and confirmed my email and said she will cancel and send notification of cancellation. This experience is just so bad and to be honest I understand why so many people are going other places to get the home needs.

This place is just such a bad place to purchase items.
I've had two experiences with this particular Brick, the first was when we lived in Calgary in Prestwick and we just bought our home and was buying appliances and a bed. On that occasion we visited the location and do what most people do when shopping "browse" but apparently if you put one foot in the door a sales assistant immediately thinks they need to sell you the store contents and drinks from the staff room.
After walking around and telling the guy who was following us to leave and if we need any help we will find someone, he left and then popped up again after we went to the far back area of the store. (bloody stalking).
So I asked him to follow me and he did.
I went to the managers/sales area and told the manager that this "tactic" is an old sales method used on people who have too much money and not much intelligence and that he needs to stop following me and my wife.
The manager apologized (however I'm sure management encourage this) and I went back to my wife to continue looking.
After 30 minutes looking we decided on some items, so they messed up the delivery and our fridge arrived with a dent in the front drawer.
So that was just the FIRST experience.

Our second is happening NOW.
We moved to the US and rented out our home and currently replacing our appliances for the tenants. We looked on The Brick (online) and thought we'd get things lined up with the delivery and for the tenants, for it to run smoothly.
So the Brick not only cancel the ordered cooker but didn't tell us and our tenants were waiting for the delivery that day. Our tenants call us so I apologized and said I will contact the Brick immediately. The sales assistant said that it is only an estimate delivery, so I replied, does that mean you can just turn up when you want?
Anyhow, they said the original cooker is a long wait and they can do a GE or Whirlpool, trouble is like most people (I think) we buy matching appliances so all of these are Samsung. The lady said she will have a manager call me back. Guess what.no call (completely unprofessional).
So today I called to find out what is happening (4 days after original delivery date). The sale assistant I spoke to couldn't answer anything and I don't blame her, but as a customer it is very frustrating.
So now I was told it "could be" June 1st for delivery, which is pointless.

This Brick needs new management and if this is The Bricks over-all policy they need to redesign their business model. Outdated harassing sales tactics, unprofessional staff, unreliable delivery people, poor communication, pathetic customer service. These aren't traits or expectations customers want or need. Do better. Think smarter and remember even you in management are customers.

First time in the store, I was really impressed with the service from Balvinder.but once things were going down in writing she changed the bed that I want to another mattress. Now I am just arguing with the store and getting nowhere. So think twice before you purchase anything.

We went to the outlet and met Aman, she helped us getting amazing sofa sets for lowest prices, will definitely go back there.

Today we purchased dining table set from The Brick Outlet and our sales person was Ms. Balvinder Kaur. She provided us with great customer service and satisfaction by attending all our questions and ensured to answer all of those. At the end of the purchase, we were fully satisfied and all credit goes to Balvinder. We definitely visit again.

We had a great experience with Aman Dhillon. We just casually went in to browse and ended up buying a whole new sofa set.
It sucks that 3 days after we made the purchase, items went on sale with free delivery. I was told since the items were already on the truck price can not be adjusted, and even the 90 bucks i paid for the delivery can't be refunded.

Over a two day period, I purchased some new living room furniture. On the first day I was assisted by Balvinder, and on the second day Jop A.helped me to close the sale.

I just would like to say that they were both very professional and helpful, and.very patient with me as my attention to details can be time consuming. I had a pretty good shopping experience thanks to these two individuals.

Bought a good amount of furniture from them in April 2019 and they are very friendly, especially the management there. Made good deals with me and always made me feel welcome and do things out of their way to make the sale. That's how it should be and I fully appreciate them for it.

It was the worst experience at first time to buy from the brick at sundrige, i buy queen mattress and bed frame, they told me it will arrive after two days, theb i waiting for five days, after that I went to the store, and asked the seller about my staff then she told me, that the customer service is didn't confirm it, so now we don't have the item in store so I can give you another item similar to the staff you order, which I don't have any options because I was in rush, cause I rented new apartment, i don't have where to sleep, i said ok, then the item was more expensive, so I have to add $50, i have no choice, i did it, then they make me wait there days, instead of two days, i waiting 7days, it was so disappointed, and I never go back to the brick and I will tell to everyone who I know not to buy from the brick

I visited The Brick Outlet today with my family and got the best Customer Service so far from no one else than The General Manager for Sales, Aman, who was so receptive, convivial, patient and an incredible power of conviction. I literally found myself buying almost everything in the shop!

We were at the brick outlet sunridge area today, we had good service by Estifanos Ayalew and team. We found everything we needed and satisfied with the prices and quality of furniture. Thank you Estifanos for your great help and patience.

Mr Estifanos was such an amzing young man who has an amazing knowledge of the products and wonderful customers service.we are happy about his service with humbliness to go extra miles to satisfy our need in our price range.

Fantastic shopping experience here! Got great, knowledgeable friendly service from Aman the service manager who informed me about the incredible promotion they had going on the following day. I came back with my partner that next day and got an amazing deal on a new high end mattress! Literally 1/3 of the regular price!

Please note Brick will no longer haul away old appliance. They wont put or install new appliance. Do not buy until situation gets better

Love this store! The team here is friendly and don't push on sales like most stores, everyone is so professional and caring. I've recently purchased my second set of furniture from them and the quality is amazing. They've exceeded my expectations, and i'll definitely refer them to friends and family.

Horrible service, I will never shop at this store they never keep their word received the washer but not the dryer. When we call to the store everyone is giving us different story, when we ask for the manager they tell us he is busy. I don't know what to do very disappointed.

Great customer service, The staff there were really supportive and helpful (I have been helped by Rahit and Aman) They were really awesome. The chosen items were delivered to me even before the expected date, delivered safe and complete. The quality and design are great. Really highly recommended.

Needed everything for my move to a new home in a short space of time. Although one or two items were on back order, the combination of Fatima and Sumi went above and beyond including multiple deliveries to ensure everything was delivered within the time frame I needed it for. Worst experience. Bought the mattress about 5 months back very bad quality. Mattress has 2 years warranty. I called them to replace it, they asked me to fill out the return policy form. I have done that almost three times and they rejected three times just because of the measurement issue they pull. I mean are you guys serious about the customer service? I don’t think so at all. I had to chased them to get a hold.
Finally they never changed my mattress. Guys please be careful before you go out and buy stuff from brick.
Ashley is good I guess, as compared to bricks in customer service. My friend had the same issue with his mattress and ashley changed it right away with no pain.
I will never ever go back to bricks.

Jop was super helpful in finding me a sofa that would fit my size restrictions. Went to the store a couple of times and we spent a few hours each time trying to find options. Highly recommend Jop if you're shopping at this location.

Hadassa was beyond exceptional. Amazing experience at such a pleasant location. Highly highly recommend going in to See her. She was so patient with my extreme demands lol, and found me what I needed at a price no one else could beat. Beyond satisfied!

Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Bought a full Bed set and am beyond content. Phenomenal customer service by Hadassa (ask for Haddie) she rocks. Super patient and so price savy. Had a nice experience at this location. My wife and I needed some furniture and the staff provided the needed information which helped us make informed decision. Rohit was exceptionally wonderful throughout our transaction period. He took his time to educate us on the products we were considering and he walked us all the way till the transaction was tidied. He is really an expert at what he does.

Poor customer service and unprofessional!
They gave me a price for a furnitures but they told me not all the pieces are ready come next week to take it, so when I came back they have gave me a different price!
And I have been told by the sales manger that go and do whatever you want since you don’t have an evidence for the first pricing!

The staff are very friendly and gave us a better deal that was on the floor listed price. We were so happy we stopped in, after shopping all day for a piece of furniture (we almost gave up). Rob & staff are great, and highly recommend this location. Will be sure to come here for our next purchase!

I purchased an item in the scratch and dent area. It wasn't a great deal, but it wasn't full price either. When I drove around back to pick it up, a warehouse worker said the item had been discontinued and he had about 10 sitting in boxes. He said it would be easier for him to load it into my vehicle and that I'd be getting an even better deal because it was still in the box. I get home and open it up to see it was severely damaged, and at that point could not return because its final sale. Be very cautious of this type of situation, if you pick an item from scratch and dent, don't let them sway you into taking something else - especially if it's in a box and you can't see the actual item.

Well, recently I try to pull myself back of the Brick outlet whenever I pass by or to go to the nearby Superstore. The reason is whenever I go inside I meet that guy Rohit who convince you to take whatever your eyes fall onto it, he has amazing unique way of magic chat that let you just buy anything from the store without even thinking of it. Add to that, the surplus cut off price he is making will forget you about your budget. Store has a great selection of furniture at an affordable prices compared to others with a good quality known to The Brick company. Not to forget his assistant Amanpreet, nice, neat and very helpful personality who just hit the spot in choosing what you need. Oh.the delivery team, what amazing they are, just on time and with good perfection, they’ve installed my mattress and mattress box on my second floor in less than 10min, WoooW, I should’ve taken their names.
If you want to buy a new furniture you should first meet Rohit, you will find exactly what you need.

Found the sales team very co-operative and they help us all the way to make sure we get the best items for our home and still be good priced. Aman was very helpful and friendly in this whole process.

I have been to this location and had a interaction with Vinas regrading sectional sofas and queen mattress. He was very informative and friendly. Showed me various options with great enthusiasm and answered all my questions. I am very impressed with attitude and customer service and certainly going to visit again.

Ali who was working yesterday at 1: 40PM only cared about his commission. We were serious about getting the right bed frame that fits our needs but didn't find it that day since this location usually has good deals when you're lucky. Apparently this sales associate we met was very pushy and didn't listen to what we were looking for. Next time, we are just going to look for Diana in this location who knows more about customer service.

We just bought a TV Stand from The Brick Outlet. We dealt with a nice young lady, by the name of Bessie. She 's very friendly. Pleasant process, nice price - - everything excellent.

We have bought here, three times in the past year. Very reasonable prices, and always nice service.

Great prices if you know what you are looking for. You can tell the staff work on commission as you feel pounced on as soon as you walk in the door. I like to have my space and look around, it annoys me that I can not just do that. You do need to know your market before wadding into this pool though.

Not even worth a star.
Terrible customer service. Sales people were sitting on a couch the entire time. We had to go to customer service to find someone to help us. Once the salesperson came to help us (we already knew what we wanted and just wanted to purchase it), he insisted on playing on his phone and turning the music up so loud on a sound system close to us it woke up my newborn and I couldnt hear him speaking to me when he was 2 feet away.
Needless to say I didnt buy anything there and have no intentions of going there for any other purchases.
