My name is Grant. I have shopped at the Brick several times over the years. This time, I bought a new mattress and box spring that was on sale during the boxing week sale. It was in stock. The sales lady was very good and knowledgeable about the products. She helped with everything I needed, including the shipping to my place. In fact, I was in and out of the store in about half an hour. It was a very nice experience.

Mohammed M, helped me with my order. He was very patient and understanding and could actually help me. Great Mohammed. Keep up the good work. If need assistance in the future I hope I get to chat with you.

Me and my family had shopped at The Brick many times before. Recently we got two chairs the one had sign that the item was dropped with the wood and upholstery damaged. These type of issues had happened many times shopping with Them and I don’t think that I will continue with The Brick.

I had a great experience with this location. Varky was a sensible, easy going, and professional sales person, and he was a delight to work with. He never made me feel pressured, nor do I think he has a pushy bone in his body. I bought a new couch on clearance and he helped me with financing options, as well as delivery and care products. Plus, on top of it all, when everything was delivered I was given a bonus gift - an arcade machine which I am having a blast with! Thanks so much to all of the staff who made the experience one I won’t forget (and the help with figuring out the left hand and right hand chaise), and I know where I’m headed next for my next big furniture purchase!

Awful customer service. They ignored me when I entered this store and served someone else when I was there 1st. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The item we were looking for, they didn't have very much selection or colors, they suggested online shopping
And we all know online shopping is like 6 to 8 weeks at the border and possibly lost in their system, so as results no item and loss of money. So no online shopping for us

It was really an amazing experience to shop at this store all the staff was so friendly and helped me a lot selecting the items that i was looking for Ishveen really have a good taste in furniture and she suggested the best of their store.

I had an issue with a defective matreress and dealing with the manufacture I was getting nowhere with the warranty. I came to the store, meet with Steven, Maria and AJ and with there help the issue was quickly resolved.

Love dealing with Steven, we ask for him each time we come to The Brick. He's an honest and all around nice, always a great experience dealing with him for our personal home and business furniture purchases

I would give this store 0 if I could. My partner and I were shopping for a couch and found one that we liked but wanted to order it in a different colour. The salesman assured us there wouldn’t be any problem with ordering it. Instead of checking if that couch was in stock or even available in that colour before setting us up for financing he signed us up for the brick card…

Big surprise that couch wasn’t available, now we are on the hook for a brick card and have no couch so we had to hit the sales floor again and try to make a rush decision on a couch in our budget. The salesman had the audacity to try to sell us a $3000.00+ couch that was easily twice our budget.

We ended up finding a sectional (the craftsman ship on this couch was questionable but at a $1300.00 budget it is what it is).

My next headache came from the gentlemen who came to deliver this couch. Do you think they even attempted to deliver this couch? No. The man walked into the lobby of our apartment and stated “this isn’t going to fit” got in his truck and drove off. So now I have to make another trip to the brick to talk to the manager about having another company deliver our couch. He was very nice and paid the delivery fee. The outsourced delivery company was able to make the delivery.

My experience with the brick was awful. I will not be spending my money or doing business with them again in the future.

I helped an elderly neighbour exchange his TV. One staff member refused to believe the issue we were having with the old TV. Then the salesman who helped us with the new TV was quite pushy with the donation option, speaking not-as-loud and quicker when mentioning it to my neighbour.
The staff at the warehouse on 170 St.were all great!

If I could give 10 stars for how satisfied I am with the services here, I definitely and 100% would. This will be a long review as I wanna make sure I give credit and mention everyone I had dealt with. I recently have shopped and bought my TV from this location and I'm super super happy with the TV and how we're treated by the staff. They value their customers with full respect and care. First of all, I have never been to a place where the security guard actually greets the customers and tell them have a good day so just entering this place already puts you in a good mood. Then as soon as a staff sees you immediately they give you a warm welcome.

So Before we decided on our TV, Alex (Sales Representative) came up to me and my partner and helped us find what we're looking for. Showed us all our options with TVs and with purchase plan options, but at first we were indecisive so we didn't go for it, until we came back 2 days later and decided we were gonna go for it and Lana (another Sales Representative) very kindly and willingly guided us with purchase plans and warranties they offer for their products. Lana then explained everything informatively about the warranties, which I have to say comes in very very handy.

I will be honest, I did bump into a couple issues with my product, but the customer support was very good at handling the situation. My product was simply exchanged and yes it had to be arranged and may or may not be on the day you'd want it, but of course expected as The Brick is a big company and they must have a lot of customers so that was totally understandable and reasonable. I simply phoned the location and spoke to the customer service representative, Kimmy I believe her name was and she directed me to their supervisor/store manager and the next day I came in person to speak with them. They were able to exchange my product just by simply providing them the exact details and issue and providing proof of what the issue was via images. I believe the customer support's name or manager was Orset, not exactly sure how to spell his name, but he made it so easy for me. He simply asked for a picture of the problem sent to their email, he called me back an hour later after examining the problem and set another delivery date for an exchange. I am super happy with all the staff and services in this location. This location is very lucky to have such amazing staff, everybody seems to get along, very very friendly people.

I always go to the Brick when replacing my furniture and appliances. Mohammad Sleiman was helpful today helping me buy a new stove. The phone call was quick and easy.

Service used to be good. I went to buy an office chair yesterday the security guard had to go get some to help me. They completely ignored me.
The customer service part is gone.

A truly great experience in dealing with them. Poupak was very knowledgable and there was no pressure on buying anything. She knew I was in the market and showed me a large selection of the couches ranging in all price ranges. I ended up buying one and I'm completely satisfied with it. Oddly enough my washer/dryer combo quit on me the following night and I went back with no concerns and picked one of those up also. When it came to the delivery of the washer/dryer. It went smoothly and everything happened as they said it would and the same can be said about the couch which actually came sooner then they anticipated by 5 days. I will definitely recommend other to this store.

Recently I went back to the store to talk about a warranty issue. After I expressed my concerns where they listened closely and addressed the matter in a very nice way. Jade at the front desk was very helpful and I know that I will continue to shop there.

It was a very good experience. The salesman treated us with such respect and answered all our questions He made us feel comfortable with no pressure and had answers to everything asked. I was at the Brick at 12222-137 ave to buy a remote control Jeep for a chance at Win a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. The lady was very nice & helpful and told me that they were sold old, she mentioned to check other Brick stores to see if they had stock.
I phoned The Brick on 10705-101 st, The receptionist said they had a few left so I asked if she could put one on hold for me. She hesitated and said no, that you will have to come to the store and get one.
I was 15 minutes away and drove to the store. I went in the store to customer service and asked about the Jeep. There was a Jeep on the desk in a basket and she asked for my name, she said oh this one is on hold for another person, plus she said that they don’t have any Jeeps left. I'm not sure if she was the one I talked to but I asked her why I was told 15 minutes early that they couldn't put it on hold; she said it must have been someone else you were talking with. Pretty shady if you ask me. It may only be a toy I was looking for but after this I won’t be shopping there.

I honestly hate shopping, but this sales rep made it truly an exceptional experience. Lana was so professional, polite and proficient. She helped me get exactly what I wanted, fast and within budget. Thank you for making it so perfect.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Ordered something that should have been simple but was changed last minute by our representative without our knowledge. We came back to ask for the correct thing to be told it wasn't in stock. Asked for a refund or some sort of discount as the issue wasn't our fault and we built the item. They refused until realizing it was a certain type of item that a discount can be offered. The lady visibly eye rolled before reluctantly offering the discount but at that point I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

This brick poses a number of unique features: not only is its location humbly placed at the epicenter of downtown. But also remains the only Brick where my shopping experience was not dulled by the squeaky wheel of salespeople. Instead my experience was supported by kind sales individuals who acted more as a guide through the lavash selections of furniture, countless eye catching options, and firm handshakes by the stores senior staff. My newly decorated living room will be forever grateful for your patience and remarkable insights. I not only recommend this Brick for your furniture needs, but the needs of your home and those who live within it.

Waste of time. Don't you like driving all the way to the store, and hearing "yeah, now you can go pick the item you paid for, from our wearhouse".

The store is messy, it seems like no designer set foot in the place. You are better of reviewing the online listings and just go to wearhouse directly.

For starters, Remy is the best salesman I've every worked with. Such a charismatic person but in a very genuine way. If you're going to the Brick Downtown, I would 100% ask for him.
The location really made the best out of tricky situation. With all the backorders of parts from China, the chair I ordered kept getting delayed at no fault of the Brick.
One quick phone call and they were able to make an exception, providing me with the floor model even though it left them without a chair until a new shipment came in.
Excellent customer service from Remy, Trevor, and Sam from the Brick Downtown. Couldn't ask for more.

Firstly, it is hard to get up for five star rating from me.

I dealt with Sammanta and she should be rewarded for an awesome customer service experience.

She was able to listen to my issue was and help me out exactly the way I wanted.

Brick does not need automated char bots when they have people like Samantha helping out the customers.

The best part was that she followed up on her promise about my refund.

From my past experience majority of CSR don't follow up but she did.

The worst experience. We bought in November and were told we would have our furniture set up for us. Skip to today when we move into our new house, and the tell us that they don't set it up. Also, if we don't set it up ourselves in 48 hours the warranty would be void. I will never deal with The Brick again.

Excellent customer service! We ordered a cabinet on Saturday and the online system said the earliest pick up time at the store was Wednesday. Almost immediately after we ordered, we received a call (I think from Nadia) saying our order was ready if we would like to pick up at the distribution centre. This was much more convenient and we were happy to receive our new furniture so quickly. Unfortunately the unit had some minor defects but we reported this with photos and Samantha called soon after and resolved the issue. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and we are otherwise happy with our purchase. The Brick will be one of the first places we look for furniture in the future!

Joseph helped us order a bedroom set online for my Mother In Law just recently whom we had to adjust the delivery time as we didn't know when exactly she was moving. He was fantastic about digging into options for us, delivery times, juggled getting in all the pieces we needed and had great recommendations on mattresses as well. Delivery time window was the earlier part of the expected time frame which was appreciated. Will continue to do business with the Brick in the future.

We had a delivery from Brick through Western Express Delivery services last week. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Riley Calci and Ebo Ndebay who delivered the chest drawer. Really appreciate Brick for sending in people like them for delivery. Also the product purchased met our expectation.

My husband and I went in to look for a new sofa. We found one that we really like. There wasn’t that many salesman in the sofa section so my husband went to go look for one. He found one and we told him right away we would like to purchase it. The salesman (Varkey) tried to get us to purchase the warranty but we nicely declined it but he was so persistent and again nicely we declined the offer. You can tell he was upset after that and said rudely to us to go to the desk to pay for this. He walked so fast and left us behind and finally we found his desk and didn’t speak a word to us only for the information he needed for the sales order information. I just want to say at a time like this do we need to treat people like this especially during a pandemic for both sides for the people who is trying to make a living and to the other side of us trying to make a purchase. We are all putting ourselves at risk by leaving our homes. Most likely we will probably not return back to this location again in the near future.

Went in today to get a refund on the Chelsea bed frame.after reading the reviews it did not seem safe and i did not want to have something like that in my home.the return process was efficient and easy.the sales associates were all awkward and not willing to help.when we did finally get help the guy was pretty much mumbling.its annoying that we waited so long there was a couple associates walking around the tv section watching tv.one older man sitting at his desk leaned back with his hands behind his head asked what we are doing back here cause my husband went a couple days ago and got multiple pieces for our new home.my husband said that i did not like what the reviews online had to say about the bed frame.he laughed and said sorry thats our best seller.uhm ok? Didnt ask for your opinion but sure.go look for yourself there is multiple reviews saying broken broken broken.im not even sure why they are still allowed to sell it.overall customer service was awkward and instead of spending our refund on another bed frame in the store we took our money elsewhere and got a much safer bed.
