BRICK WORKS IN SILOS AND THE CUSTOMER SUFFERS DUE TO LACK OF COORDINATION BETWEEN THE STORE, DELIVERY, MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSE!

Terrible experience with Brick! I ordered a sectional and I was given a 3-hour delivery window and told to stay at home all day as delivery can be delayed. I took a day off work and received a product that was damaged and missing parts.
I submitted Support Ticket 303079 and got a call from David Porter, Store Manager at the Sunridge Store.
I was assured by him twice that I would receive a new product and as compensation for the inconvenience caused the delivery team would install it for me.
The day before the delivery I called the store and was told that they won't assemble it; this is very unprofessional and Brick team lied to me.

Return/ Refund story:

I spoke to the operations manager, Gurkomal Sran and she sent me an email confirming the pick up, Brick gives a 3 hour pickup window, I stayed home from work and they pickup team was told to pick up a tiny care box which can fit in the glove compartment of a car! They sent two guys to pick that up and wasted my entire workday.

I'd ask everyone to stay away from The Brick, frustrating Canadians since 1971!:)

I placed an order on Black Friday only to see the price drop and free delivery offered on Cyber Monday. Rather than calling, I clicked the chat box and JESSICA was able to sort out my refund AND delivery date in a matter of minutes. She was excellent to speak with and very efficient. Who knew when a chat box is a person and not a bot that you can come away so pleased! Thanks Jessica and The Brick for making my day a bit more stress free.

I spoke with Jeremiah S online and he was so friendly and super helpful. He was able to fix the issue I was having and I just was super impressed with his customer service skills. Its always such a pleasant experience when someone truly wants to help and Jeremiah certainly did that. Thanks again Jeremiah if you ever read this you made a complicated issue so simple.

I recently purchased mattresses from [Company Name], and I must say, the quality of the mattresses is exceptional. The comfort and support they provide have greatly improved my sleep quality.

However, my experience with the beds and boxsprings was a bit confusing. The information about boxsprings was not prominently displayed on the homepage but buried in the product descriptions. Unfortunately, this crucial detail became evident only after the product arrived.

It's essential for future customers to be aware of this detail upfront, as returning the product once opened is challenging. Despite this, I still appreciate the overall quality of the mattresses and hope that the company can enhance clarity in product information for a smoother customer experience.

Would recommend for the excellent mattresses but advise checking all details before making a bed purchase.

I went to the showroom at the Mississauga North location for the Black Friday sneak peek sale, and my salesperson Manny M was incredibly patient with my questions while I communicated with my partner about the details of the purchase. He knew exactly where the products I asked for were and was a very considerate employee and made the experience much more smooth. I had to schedule a delivery at a much later time, and he helped find a way to communicate and make sure I got a time that worked for me.

I also had some questions about my purchase, so I went online to try to talk to an employee to clarify it. There was virtually no wait and Ishleen K was able to find my sales number very quickly and answer my questions clearly and quickly. They were very courteous and I finished the interaction with my questions answered and feeling very satisfied with the experience.

Both experiences were very nice, and they made my first furniture purchase a very smooth and easy experience. I would definitely come back here.

JESSICA was fantastic to deal with. We just bought a sleeper sectional sofa on Monday because the price was listed to end Wednesday. I happened to check out the Black Friday specials and the exact sofa was $200 less than what we spent, so she hooked me up with a credit immediately. No hassles or anything like that. Very easy to deal with.

Ordered my table and chairs on line with Brittany - she was awesome! Very helpful and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. I later had a question and contacted the online chat again - Jessica answered my questions quickly and was super helpful in explaining everything! 10/10 would recommend ordering online! And love the table and chairs!
