Thomas was excellent to deal with, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us find a new mattress extremely quickly and we are very happy.

Showed up right at 10: 00 AM with my fiance looking for a new firmer mattress with cooling features. Thomas greeted us quickly and promptly and was very informative on each mattress, he was so good that we even bought the first out of three mattresses we tried. He also sold us a cooling mattress protector and we each got a cooling pillow as well as we are very warm sleepers. I've gone from roasting in bed to wearing sweats and fuzzy socks in bed and added an extra blanket and I freaking love it. I cannot wait to have my first sleep in it tonight. Thank you so much Thomas you were amazing!

Kevin was great! Super honest and knew the answer to everything I needed to ask, helped me get a great mattress at a great price in like under 30 minutes!

Very disappointing! I would suggest a different store.
I dealt with Kevin when I was buying a mattress. He provided little information or help for me to make an informed decision. I asked what the difference was between mattresses and he suggested I lay on them. I was thinking more about durability and longevity of the mattress. I decided on the mattress but I wasn’t interested in the platform, he said I needed a warranty approved platform or the warranty would be void. I assumed I had to buy the platform the bed sat on since I was not offered any options.
I purchased both the mattress and the platform and set up the bed. The platform is 2 inches larger than the bed. I think it looks terrible and I say it doesn’t fit. I was told that it was room for tucking in blankets. There’s no blankets to tuck in there. I was then told the platform was made for many other beds so it’s made larger to fit them all. I want my mattress to fit properly!
I called about returning it and was told since I took it out of the box, I couldn’t return it. How would I have known it doesn’t fit properly?
I didn’t know about the policy since I was not informed in any way and there wasn’t anything on the invoice and I don’t believe anything was posted in the store.
Kevin the sales man did apologize for that and directed me to the website.
The store manager Thomas did contact me and basically said the same thing.
The conversation with Thomas was very frustrating and quite degrading. He was in control of the conversation and when I spoke he would interrupt me and talk over me. I was not allowed to finish voicing my concerns and he treated me as if I didn’t matter. I have never been treated so poorly and with such disrespect.

My fiance and I went shopping around for a new mattress yesterday and came across this Brick and would definitely not recommend even browsing here. The salesman we dealt with called us rude for not buying on the spot, even after we said countless times we had a few more options to choose from. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a sales role.

My fiance and I popped in the look at some mattresses on the 17th of May. Figured it wouldn't hurt to look around. We were met by a salesperson, showed us a few mattresses. All far, far above our price range. We asked about a cheaper one, and if the info was available online as well and we were told that it was rude to ask such a question. As if price comparing and shopping around isn't allowed. Honestly one of if not the worst service experience I've had. I'm not sure if it was because of our appearance, but it was not a very welcoming environment. Will definitely not be returning.

Wonderful experience with Thomas! He deciphered all of my confusing needs and found us exactly what we wanted and needed all in one. Very knowledgeable and did not for one moment make me feel pressured into a purchase.

The elderly man at the store was very welcoming. He was patient to answer our questions. He was professional and I liked the varieties of mattress they had at the store. Prices are fair

Salesperson (Brett? Brent? Ughhh sorry!) Was so good and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and didn't feel any pressure to purchase.
