Do not recommend! Barley made it through the door and was already trying to push the more expensive mattress even though i knew which model i wanted and wouldnt let me talk, kept interrupting me and was very rude!

Vyomesh Kumar in the Leduc Mattress Store was an excellent sales associate. He was very helpful.

Great experience buying our bed here. Even better experience having it delivered. Three young guys had it upstairs and set up and the old hauled away in 10 minutes or less. The Brick you rock! Now is just to make it and have a good nights sleep. And all this with a 25 year warranty!

This store and manager Jennifer and associate Courtney worked diligently to satisfy our mattresss concerns. They gave us a reasonable solution that solved our problem. Well done!

My friend bought a mattress here 8 months ago and it dips into one side, only half the mattress is able to be used! And they won't do anything about it. Worse customer service every.

Purchased a mattress here in August, supposed to have been regular $2000. It is so indented in I roll into the one side. I am not a heavy person and there is no reason for this except poor quality. Store won’t do anything for me. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible customer service

Jennifer Wendell was great and very knowledgeable on all items we look at. We got a mattress and the adjustable bed frame. The only problem was the delivery drivers as they were not knowledgeable on the adjustable bed and didn’t set it up saying we couldn’t use our frame which we could. Also they did not phone to give me a delivery time so my son received it and they just left it with out setting it up.

Jennifer was very helpful. She answered every question I had. She spent quite a bit of time with me and was very patient with all my questions. Thank you so much.

Me and my husband went to this Bricks and It was one of the best experiences ever! We got assigned with Jennifer, who was so kind and helpful. Would definitely go again!

The manager there, Jennifer, was amazing! Found out our needs and budget regarding bedroom set and had us ship shape, satisfied and on our way in less than an hour. No pressure, just honesty. Then we called her tonight for another piece of furniture and she found exactly what we needed, walked us through the payment as she was arranging delivery based on our previous order and 15 minutes later, done and dusted. Yay! Jennifer. Give that girl a bonus!

Courtney the assistant manager is awesome. A bed was purchased. The day came for pick and I went and got it for the person. They didn't realize they bought a different size than the bed they had. Courtney helped us with a frame and headboard that was Discounted. After the 1st night on the bed it was too high for them. Again Courtney came to the rescue and found us a low profile boxspring. She did all the paperwork over the phone and all we had to do is go pick it up from the other place we returned the other one at the same time. All on the weekend. Super helpful staff and I totally recommend this store.
