This is not the first time we've dealt with this location when we are in need of purchasing a new mattress. Tonight we had the pleasure of meeting our salesman Andrew. He made us feel so comfortable when we asked questions and helped us out tremendously in purchasing two new mattresses and pillows. Thanks so much Andrew!

Worst group of sales associates I've ever seen. Told him my budget he went thousand and thousands over it. Not one person was friendly or smile. Should have stayed as a burger King, would have been more their speed.

Curtis was awesome! I originally went to the store by myself to look for a new Queen bed for my son who had outgrown a twin bed. Curtis showed me all of the latest deals and mattresses to consider. Later that same day, I brought my son to the store to pick out a mattress that was comfortable for him. Curtis provided excellent insight into all of the options and gave us a great price for the mattress we eventually selected. The mattress was on order and would be available by the following week. However, the next day, I received an email from Curtis saying that the mattress we had purchased was found at the warehouse and was available for pick-up immediately. My son also needed a new bedframe so we called Curtis and he was able to set aside a Queen bedframe at the warehouse that we could pick up all on the same day. Thank you Curtis! I would not hesitate to call him again. Customer service is top notch!

Richard and Curtis were fantastic with helping me purchase a full bedroom set and washer set for my Mom. They were not pushy but very informative. They were even able to get the sets quickly and within our budget. Would highly recommend this location!

My partner and I went to try out some new pillows and honestly had such a great experience. Curtis was great and we felt no pressure to buy anything in particular; it was more about what actually felt comfortable to each of us, rather than being shown the most expensive pillows first. Very efficient service as well, for those who don't necessarily want to stay and be salesman-schmoozed into buying a pillow for hours on end. Impeccable service! Will be back when we need a mattress as well!

We went in looking for a queen mattress set and Curtis, the assistant manager, hooked us up right proper. We walked out with what we felt was a great deal on a higher-end mattress set. I recommend this store to friends.

We had a lot of trouble finding kitchen appliances during the Covid pandemic, but thanks to Forrest Ferguson (store manager) everything worked out in the end.
I've never had such amazing customer service, it was truly unique.

He treated us like we were his only customer and main priority during every interaction. There were a lot of back-and-forth calls with Forrest because our original fridge didn't fit just right, and we also ended the call thinking "why is he so nice? ".

I would go back to this store for all my home appliances/mattress purchases, would even pay more, just to have such amazing service.

Store Manager Forrest Ferguson is 100% District Manager material. I've worked on the District level at TJX Companies. You people here have a real star. He was honest, gave us a solution to a problem that was $1700 cheaper. He would add that same value to your companies growth strategy. I spent $3960.52 Sunday. Came in today looking to buy some furniture and dealt with Curtis. He was very friendly, helpful and made things super easy. Would definitely recommend coming here as the experience was top knotch.

Talked with Curtis over the phone and he was very informative, courteous and was even offering to deal over the phone since the roads were in bad condition. I will definitely be going back to this location with my business.

Went in to look at and possibly purchase a new Sealy mattress set they had on sale.
The salesman told us the set we were interested in was junk and would fall apart in less than a year.
Shocked, we left and bought the same set at another brick store and was not tried to be upselled or made to feel that we were buying an inferior product!

Great outlet! Main HQ in Edmonton messed up my order and split the box spring and mattress for reasons unknown. Delivery date was then changed to a month later with no notification to me.
Went into the outlet to see what they could do. They fixed it, got the order back together and made sure it was delivered in time. Great place. Great customer service. Highly recommend the place!

Curtis, the store manager was on the online chat and then called me after he realized that my order was going to need personal service. He was very efficient, friendly and professional and sorted out my order and payment in no time. I'm super impressed and highly recommend him.

When this place was a Burger King years ago I saw a french fry sitting on one of the ledges of the windows, high up in the play structure area. I like to think that fry is still there.

They have a good selection of mattress sets with a wide price range and nice displays. The focus is on customer service and learning the customers needs rather than high pressure sales.

Sean was a great salesman. We did not feel pressured at all. He was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We bought a washer and dryer last year as well as 2 mattresses today. We will be back to see Sean for any future purchases at the Brick.

Leaps and bounds better than other Brick locations. We bought our last two mattresses here during boxing day sales and will probably be doing that as long as we live in the area.

We got a great deal and these sales people are low pressure and ready to hagle. We always leave feeling like we got the best possible deal.
